    Great experience with Todd McKenney. He was extremely knowledgable about the F250, features and its capabilities. The sales experience compared to others was excellent, fair and was not the typical game everyone dreads at a dealership. Todd was able to find a truck that would meet our needs and went the extra mile during the sales transaction to ensure everything went smoothly. The finance manager was just as fair and competent... having bought many vehicles at various dealerships Capital by far was the best overall.

    I made an appointment with a sales rep, and the appointment was problematic from the start. I called ahead to confirm my appointment and was told to come ahead because the rep was unavailable now, but would make the appointment. I arrived to find that the rep went home sick. I waited several minutes for another rep, and waited a half hour for the rep to come back with a very low offer for my trade-in, and very high offer for the vehicle I asked about (At no time did the rep show me any cars on the lot, but used the internet.) At that point, I was finished wasting time and thanked the rep for his time. Later, I got a call from the original rep, who asked what had happened to me.(Very strange). I told him that I went to the appointment, and he was not there. He said that he had an emergency at home. Fishy, rude people, no help, no buy.

    Courtney Elliott is the best! My daughter was looking for a reliable used car. Courtney was kind, honest, and very helpful. She helped my daughter find a good, reliable car at a very good price. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed and Courtney made sure everything was fixed. I had also been looking for a car, but was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Courtney was patient & helped me find exactly what I wanted in a car, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. She is one of the few car sales persons I've ever felt wasn't trying to just make a sale, but really cared about us. I hope Capital ford realizes what a gem they have, but in such a male dominated feild; I'm not certain they do.

    Jeff VanLaar and his team always to an outstanding job with service on the Fusion or my F-150. I am a car guy so when I bring my vehicles in for service I know Capital will be my best value. This week I brought the Fusion in for a new battery. Battery tested at the new level and alternator was on spec. Jeff thought maybe someone left something turned on. Could be as we keep our two grandchildren.

    As always, my visit to the Service Department was an excellent experience. I was met immediately as I entered the service driveway by a cordial young man who took me right away to my assigned service advisor, Michael Young. I advised Michael of another problem with my vehicle other than the recall. Michael updated me throughout the day of my repairs. I could not have gotten any better service. All were professional, customer-oriented individuals. No one works on my vehicle but Capital Ford.
