2011 Lincoln MKX
I brought my 2011 Lincoln MKX in on Monday morning with noise problems I couldn't resolve at Advantage Ford/Lincoln in Henderson, NC, and the computer was constantly telling me "no key detected" when I tried to start the car. Both problems were serious to me, but the computer problem was crucial since the car wouldn't start sometimes for over 5 minutes - kept telling me "no key detected". Capital Ford/Lincoln kept my car for 3 days, and gave me a rental to drive at no charge. Everyone at the service center was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful to me. Several people, especially Jennifer, went out of their way to keep me informed and get answers to questions I had. Capital brought my Lincoln back to me on Thursday (I live 75 miles from Raleigh), and the noise problem was gone. They told me they reprogramed the computer, and so far it is working fine. All of this work was done under warranty, so there was no charge to me. I have no doubt whatsoever that, should I have another problem with the computer or anything else, Capital Ford/Lincoln will take care of it in the same efficient, timely and courteous manner in which they handled this one. Tim Michael runs the best organization I've seen in a long time, and he treats his customers well. What else is here to say?

Service
I took my Escape in for servicing. It needed a new battery, and with temperatures expected in the low teens I needed to get a new battery installed right away. They were able to do that while I waited and to give me an oil change also.

Efficient and friendly service
In and out in very reasonable amount of time, no surprises except most of my bill was taken care of because I had earned a free oil change thanks to Ford Owner Advantage Rewards. Austin Williams was very friendly and extremely effective in communicating what was going on in regards to my vehicle status all the way until completion.

Quick and friendly
This was a replacement on a door panel that had separated. It was reported during a regular maintenance appointment and once the part was ordered, we were contacted that it had been received and another appointment was made. A quick, friendly morning appointment later - and the door panel was replaced with no issue and at no cost as we have full coverage on the car. I appreciate the service!
