Unprofessional
Salesperson only seem to care leading up to me buying the car. Once I purchased the vehicle and found a problem, treated me like I was a problem. Older gentleman at the new car dealership called me “girl” instead of by my name- so disrespectful and unprofessional. Will never purchase a car from here again. Staff also walking around with no mask on during this pandemic coughing all over the place.

Liars!
Called ahead to make sure the truck I was interested in was still available, made an appointment and when I got there it was sold! Obviously, they just wanted to get me on the lot, very deceiving! This dealership think there time is more valuable than mine! Just be honest, please!

Excellent service and efficiency
Great experience from first contact through purchase. Ken and Candace were professional and not the least bit pushy. I really like vehicle and it was sold to me at a very fair price. Thank you and I drove from Wilmington to get the vehicle so that tells you it was a good deal!

A Great Experience!
We were looking for a used Ford Explorer and were able to look at Capital Fords inventory online. We narrowed it down to a 2013 Explorer Sport and scheduled a test drive. We were greeted at the door by our sales consultant Ken Ulrich. He brought the vehicle around and started to go over all the features, very knowledgeable and professional! We drove the vehicle and instantly knew this was it. The paperwork was completed very quickly and efficiently we walked out with the deal and the vehicle we wanted. Chevrolet Silverado
Cadance was great from the first time we spoke on the phone. She has a great and kind spirit. Larry the salesman was great through the process. The lady that completed the paperwork was very friendly and fast. The sales was very helpful in securing the deal. Great people at Capital ford.

Long ride for nothing
Took a 2 hour drive to view a car and from the pictures online it was the car I was ready to take back with me. When I arrived the staff was very attentive but there was some uncertainty if my car was still available when I arrived. Good news was the car was still there but when the salesman brought it to the front he made a disclosure that wasn't seen in the pictures. He said that it was just discovered there was damage to the roof which was significant and the car is still listed on the site. The manager apologized and tried to show a few other cars but overall it gets chalked up as a loss. I don't believe the mistake was intentional but absolutely an inconvenience. You can't predict a customers take on how a car handles but you can certainly pre-disclose significant damage before someone makes this kind of trip.
