We purchased a new Telluride sight unseen from out of

We purchased a new Telluride sight unseen from out of state. JT Ohanlon was wonderful to work with in coordinating all the paperwork and other things needed to complete the transaction. JT is friendly and knowledgeable. Jim Miller in the finance department was also super helpful to work with. Based on my experience, I would recommend Phil Long Kia if you are in the market for a vehicle.

March 09, 2024 SALES VISIT - NEW Please beware of Phil Long dealership in Colorado Springs. They don't care about customers. We got a Kia Soul in Sept 2023. The Kia Soul is easy to steal, especially the older models, but even the new ones are targeted. Our car got broken into, so we took it to Phil Long Kia dealership. Dealing with them was worse than dealing with the thief. We had to call them 10 times a day just to get updates. It took them approx 20 days to give us back our car. They refused a loaner car whereas dealers always offer loaner car .and when we got it back, they had messed up the suspension, but they refused to admit their fault. They also didn't honor the bumber-to-bumper warranty for which we paid $3000 extra on their promise that it covers 100% of the parts. They charged us $2500 for repairs and another $300 for the suspension they broke. Every time something goes wrong, they would blame us and say it's not covered by the warranty. We've never had such a bad experience with Toyota or Honda dealerships in the past 30 years. Getting a Kia was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend Kia to anyone because customer service is more important than the product itself.

Phil Long Kia

I brought my car in for service and Lee in service was absolutely exceptional and made it totally awesome and wonderful experience. He went above and beyond to do everything he could to make it that way. He is a total asset to the company and I am very grateful and will be back definitely.

My son's car was broken into and needed some interior and

My son's car was broken into and needed some interior and exterior repairs done. That was in October 2023. As of today, January 13, 2024, the work has still not been completed. When called, the receptionist, Brittany, hung up on us when we voiced our complaints. She claimed we started swearing at her. Fortunately we had been recording the conversation, just in case. She just called us back and said No work had been done on the vehicle and we can pick it up, because "it will clear up a spot for another car." I've had bad customer service before but this beats all. They are very unprofessional. I would give a zero if allowed.

If I could give them lower than 1 star, I would!

If I could give them lower than 1 star, I would! The ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever purchasing a vehicle!! I’m a stage 4 metastatic breast cancer patient and they left me stranded last night when my car deal fell through. I live in PUEBLO!! Couldn’t even pay for a Lyft or Uber to get me home! AND it’s breast cancer awareness month!! Shame on them!!
