Simply deceitful dealership! Sold me a car knowingly there was a title issue due to false mileage. THEY KNEW ABOUT THIS SINCE 06/29/2020 with the NMVTIS... HOLD AND DMV REJECTION ON 07/31/20. Check out the tag receipt pic. Purchased a Mercedes SL550 over 2 months ago, paid in full with trade in and cash. Called multiple times for my title and plates, never once mentioned there was a problem until I spoke to them yesterday. Was informed that the title rejected due to inaccurate mileage. Stated to them that I needed to get the title ASAP. Their answer was to repurchase the car at the dealer trade in value...I paid retail. Now the GM, Brent, is taking no responsibility or accountability at all, blaming everyone else including COVID-19. Obviously, this is now on going but let me save you the trouble by recommending you not go anywhere near this fraud of a dealership.

I got the right information, was never pressured, every question answered, it was just great. José is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me.... I'm really glad I got to deal with him. The first time I came into the dealership, I was taken care of by a nice lady, she and José both spoke Spanish with me, but I forgot her name. She took me on my first test drive of the 124. She gave me a great introduction to the car, and we had a nice test drive. Then when the dealership got an abarth trim, José took me out for a test drive on that one.
I give this car buying experience a definite thumbs up. The process was a little longer than preferred but they were communicative the whole time.

The person that accompanied me on the test drive was constantly talking to other customers on his cell. I believe that when you're with a customer, your... attention should be solely on him/her. That really turned me off I still bought the car, but that kind of upset me....Also, it took 4 hrs to get called back to sign the paperwork. Ridiculous!!!

disgusted. i believe whole-heartedly they knowingly sold me a lemon. do not buy here. Zero service after sale, NO RETURNS!!! Literally major transmission... problems leaving the lot.
