My family and I were looking at some cars and we decided to purchase a 2019 Jaguar at Jaguar Louisville (Bluegrass Auto). After hours of searching for... a car with our family, we sat down with our saleswoman and went through a discussion of financial arrangements and came to an agreement and signed a deal. But the financial manager came up to us afterward and told us something COMPLETELY different. We were in disbelief that the dealership would change the agreement after our family signed and that we were informed of it after the deal was made. We are furious that such a thing would happen, and we would like to inform all customers and staff of this. Such an experience left not only us, but our youngest son enraged that we were cheated and lied to. We are sorry that our son was exposed to these unfortunate people and that he experienced such a regrettable event. After a restless day, we left the dealership without a car and only with disappointment with their customer service and their treatment towards us. All-in-all, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!!

The pandemic caused a staff shortage resulting in our desk manager to be unavailable at your initial visit. Thank you for your understa nding. I understand that the service and repair of vehicles are the bread and butter of a high end dealership, and I did not purchase my Jaguar expecting anything... to be cheap. When I ask for a specific repair to be done, I do not need to be constantly reminded that this dealership charges so much per hour in a condescending tone. The service desk needs to understand that they are not aloof or entitled in some mysterious way because of the sign on the building. The drive to Cincinnati is a better use of my time than listening to one more word from that desk.
If you desire nonexistent customer service, this dealership is for you! We test drove a Jaguar F pace S with a salesman named Jim. Perhaps during the entire... test drive the salesman said all of five words. He could not be bothered to tell us anything about the car and acted as if we were a nuisance rather than a potential buyer. We reached out to him by email roughly one day later, yet he could not be bothered to email use back. Therefore, we reached out to another salesman who failed to reply to our email. We later reached out to the sales manager who also to this day has never replied. It appears that this dealership has zero desire to actually make a sale. We ended up having an F pace from the Louisville lot sent to the Cincinnati lot where we purchased it. If you desire to purchase a jaguar I highly recommend making the drive to Cincinnati as everyone there was more than willing to work with us. Avoid the annoyance and lack of customer service at the Louisville dealership and save yourself the frustration.
I wanted to service my 2016 Jaguar, didn't buy it from them, and contacted the service department manager Ms. Sharon Mitchell and J. Fox shop consultant.... I got recordings, slooow responses (days), and lack of interest . Finally got my car to them, plenty of notice from me,and it sat for hours with no response to confirm delivery, they didn't even know it was there. Ms. Mitchell began raising her voice in anger with me and everything went down hill from there. Of course their defense was me not communicating with them. Tried to call the manager to work something out to no avail, got his recording too. Had to drive to Lou. late to retrieve. Nice dealership, terrible service department management (bad attitude), a change should be in order.

After I finished the payment process, I got into my Jaguar X-type and started down the road only to find the gas tank on empty. I started to feel some... anxiety come over me afraid I wouldn't make it to a gas station. I finally filled the tank and got safely home. I want to mention I brought my car into service with gas in the tank. I also noticed a few miles were put on the car. I don't think it was necessary to drive the car 11 miles to check thermostat/temperature gage. Very disappointed that this was not mention or brought to my attention. I did call two days later, after thinking this situation over in my mind. I talked to Karen Stewart (service manager) and she was very apologetic about the situation that happened. She sent me a coffee cup . I hope you can understand my concerns for calling and letting her know what had happened. Thank you, Linda J. Mudd
