    I was speaking with a parts associate over the phone trying to find the right parts for my fusion. He was very disrespectful to me and very mouthy, because I was fixing my car myself. I was in the middle of asking him a question and he hung up on me. He was very unprofessional, and I will never return.

Contacted us along the way to let us know what was happening and being done to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Chapman Ford for any service you may need for your vehicle.

    Recently I took our 2012 Explorer, which we bought in 2012 from Chapman, in to be serviced and some other problems taken care of. The Service Rep, Rosa Williams took care of me in a most professional and helpful way. Her personality is such that she alleviates any concerns about your car and works to make sure that the check ups and warranties are fulfilled and addressed where appropriate and she is careful to make sure you understand what service will cost and if there are any warranties!! The cost was a little high, but at 60,000 miles plus, you expect some additional costs. I have bought our last three cars at this site, one from Chapman and two from Five Star and I plan to keep buying there in the future...esp. if I can count on service Like I received.     SO I DROVE 4 HOURS TO PHOENIX TO BUY A TRUCK FROM "CORY" IN SALES - LIAR LIAR LIAR...!!!! A HALF HOUR BEFORE I GET TO THE DEALERSHIP, I GET A 'WE SOLD IT" PHONE CALL... YET IT'S STILL THERE SITE..??, SO I CALL ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND THEY LOOK UP THE VIN # OOOOP FUMBLE "DOESN'T MATCH" - CALL ME CRAZY BUT THAT FRAUD AT IT'S FINEST...... ..THEN...     DON'T take your car or truck here, they will charge you more then other dealers and NOT fix the problem, they start other problems so you have to bring it back and they tell you it was something more then what you went in for in the first place, i have had MORE problems with my truck since i got it back from them, DO NOT DO NOT bring your car or tuck in to be fixed here

    Scammed me into a new power steering hose and lower radiator hose ( i checked with another Ford Dealer and i could buy it from them for $55. less) i brought the truck in because of a whining nose and still not fixed, if you need work done on your Ford take it somewhere else, i walked out $800. less for those two items and still not right

    I was solicited twice by Chapman. On both occasions they fabricated the price and availability of a vehicle. I believe they behave in the worst possible manner and show no business ethics attempting to win business. At best this group epitomizes greedy car salesmen

    was told on purchase 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of new f150,im 4 months into it still no vehicle, truck was 40 miles away in railroad yard sitting,dealer made no effort to get asap, they dont stay in touch with each other on wants going on,now its radio silence to me ,I have been calling Tim Schlak and Tom Berg no answer no return calls, save your self the grief go somewhere else...
