    Cannot thank my salesperson Abbas Masri enough for the great deal on my wife SUV. From the sales manger to the business manager everyone was truly amazing!! This is our first Audi and now expect to purchase more in the future. Abbas was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we were happy with the deal and then spent so much time making sure my wife understood all of the features of the vehicle, set up the Audi app and even followed up with a phone call. A+ rating

    I have owned and leased 2 Q-7's - and this is my 3rd - Q-5. This was my first experience with this Ft Lauderdale dealership and it will be my last. I thought I would give them a try as I live in Ft Lauderdale and had been dealing with Prestige in N. Miami. What a bad decision. I was told my last car payment would be taken care of by the dealership - which was always done by Prestige. This Audi dealership should have made my last payment or reimbursed me for it since by the time they paid it off - my payment had been sent. After 3 months of trying to get reimbursed - I was finally told they paid off my car and that was the end of it. Why would I lease a new car and have to make a payment on my old car and new car in the same month? Never did it before and never will again. So - beware of deceptive practices at Audi Fort Lauderdale. Very Disappointing. Sherrie

    My name is Kevin and I had a great experience with this dealership.Last Sunday the 8th of January I drove down to this his dealership. I drove from Orlando and I talked to a great salesman named Curt the day before and told him I was coming down and what car I was interested in. Now I was interested in a Prius that they had. But it didn't matter that I wasn't buying a big high dollar car. They treated me amazing. I had some unexpected credit issues come up that I thought were going to cost me the deal and Curt was amazing. He told me he's seen it all and that I would be okay and did his best to calm me down in that situation. Every one of the staff members were great if I needed anything there was always someone to step in and help me in any moment! Not only did I have the credit issue come up I also was pinched on time to get the rental car dropped off that I rented to go down there and I dropped it off and hurried back to the dealer and when I did that I forgot my house key on the rental car keys. So I mentioned that to Curt after everything was done and of course the place was closed by the time we finished. So mid trip back home Curt called me to ask how with the car was and to talk about me getting in my place. These guys were just really great to deal with! I would highly recommend them to anyone and well as buy from them again!

    Do not ask them to give you a price via email. They are worried that you will have them price matched by another dealer. Nice to have Stephanie Bhim give you a lecture on the phone that they are a business to make money and worried that anything in writing will be used at another dealership. She assumes she will have the best price and that you would use that at another dealership. Much easier to shop best price and pick up your vehicle without spending hours of that person gave you the wrong price or that was a car that we just sold. Why is service so hard to find at some dealers. Our time is worth something and do not want to spend hours playing the pricing game.

    great experience....best in many years....no hard sell...just good salemanship...probably could have gotten more for trade in but that is just part of the process I guess.....overall a very positive experience. Salesperson was very educated about vehicle and demonstrating its many advantages and great features.

    I was introduced to this dealer from a coworker who strongly recommended them. Within a few hours of talking to Frank, I was at the dealership signing for my new car. Everything from greeting, to test driving and purchasing was handled in A1 style! I can't say enough about the team here, Abbas and Frank made my car buying experience stress free and comfortable.

    After shopping around for vehicles for about a week (and not having the best experiences) I reached out to Audi Fort Lauderdale via email and Stephanie Bhim responded to my email right away. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and assisted me in arranging a time to come in. Stephanie paid attention to detail to make sure I was paired with the right sales representative in order to have the best shopping experience. When arriving to Audi Fort Lauderdale Stephanie came out to greet me, and let me know I would be working with Curt Early! Curt was absolutely amazing. He was very patient, and provided me with options. Curt assured me that he was there for me, and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I could tell he genuinely cared, and he treated me like a friend, not just a buyer. I actually went to the dealership considering purchasing something pre-owned and ended up walking away with a brand new Audi A3! Before leaving the dealership Curt showed me how to operate everything in my vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with all of the new specs. My buying experience at Audi Fort Lauderdale was like no other. From the back of the house, to the front the staff was awesome. I really enjoyed working with all of them, they welcomed me to the Audi family with open arms, I really hope to work with Curt and the rest of the Audi Team again in the future.

    I called Audi Ft Lauderdale after seeing a new black 2016 SQ5 online. I got transferred to Mark Epperson. I asked him to take a few pictures of car and text me back; he texted me the pictures within 30 minutes. I had already gotten a quote from Audi West Palm Beach....but they only had Daytona Gray Pearl and this dealership had Black which I preferred. I showed up, drove car for 15 minutes....I made a fair offer based on what I had been quoted at Audi West Palm and told Mark to take or leave it. He came back in 5 minutes and agreed to terms without any negotiating to try and raise my price. I also dealt with Christopher Bucknell and he is a good guy too. Love the car, hoping it doesn't have a lot of problems!

    The entire team starting with Melinda as my first P.O.C. were 100% professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I arranged an appt in advance and the vehicle was ready upon arrival for a test drive, and it did not disappoint! My salesman Cirilo was accommodating of my request and was a straight-shooter. Steve(Manager) recognized a good customer when he saw one and organized a seamless purchase experience. James(Finance Manager) was very meticulous, even after normal business hours and was very helpful in recommending a solid warranty for my new vehicle. If you are looking to buy a vehicle without the normal headgames this is your dealer! Thank you all again!
