    We have purchased 3 cars from this dealer, all from Bob Bray. He has been a delight to work with. They are willing to work with the price to get you in the car you want.Cars are great quality, even the used, dealer stands behind the sale. Service department is also great, and HONEST, the best trait to have with mechanics. Highly recommended.

    Doug and Raymond Richard, our sales consultant, helped us get in to the exact vehicles we were looking for. We're a local business trying to find two 3-row SUVs for company work. It took a while to settle on what we needed and Raymond was nothing but helpful and understanding. Never did I feel like he thought I was wasting his time like some other dealerships (Kings). They had exactly what we were looking for and worked with us to get it in our budget. We couldn't be happier to have exactly what we were looking for and to have such an excellent company like Jake Sweeney in the area.

    Had a great experience buying our new CX-5 from Duke. He did a great job of working with us and within the budget we had. He is a very respectful salesman who was not very pushy. Also there financing dept and management team did a great job getting us approved being as we did not have great credit and we got an awesome rate and they came in under where we wanted to be

    Keith Jenkins was the gentleman who followed up with my online request. Keith was professional and personable- a great combination that exceeds the stereotypical "used car salesman" personna where pressure to make a purchase decision is the #1 priority. Keith followed up with me as I requested and it was just the right amount of communication. There was no pressure. He served as a guide thru the process and helped me get a better rate and bang for my buck than what I had already been prequalified for. Totally diggin' my "new" used car! And Tony was real fun to work with as I signed all the papers!

    Raymond immediately made us feel at home and put forth his full attention and effort to find exactly the car we were looking for - at the price we could afford. We went yesterday and were so impressed by him that we came back today - and sealed the deal! I kept his number and will recommend him to anyone looking for a car! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!! We'll probably see you all in a few years when my car is the one needing replaced instead of his :)

    This was an unbelievable delightful,expedient,professional experience. Noah Sweeney, Tony, and Tyler Dayton ,not only found the car I was looking for, but made the purchase a smooth transition.     Our experience actually started out pretty well. However, they didn't have the exact car we wanted. Doug, the manager said he could locate the car we wanted. He told us to come to the dealership to test drive the car we wanted, but only difference is - is that the one we wanted was a different color. We get to the dealership and talked with Duke. Doug came over and told us he located 2 CX9 touring FWD in white - one has premium package and the other does not. We told him we wanted the one with premium package. So, Duke had us test drive a CX-9 with a touring package but the car was a brown color. Duke explained that this would be our car, but in white once they get it from the other dealership. We left the dealership that Saturday night thinking we were going to get that same exact car but in white. However, Monday comes around and I received and email from both Duke and Doug saying there must have been confusion. They claimed we did not test drive the car with premium package! I was like - are you serious right now!? Duke even went over all the additional features. Doug even said they didn't have any in stock with the premium touring package! However, when I look on their website -- the car i test drove is right on it and it says premium touring package! I'm not sure why their strange behavior happened but never would I blame customers for the confusion! So, apparently they quoted us for the wrong car. They claimed we test drove a car that didn't have the touring package and blamed us for the confusion! Absolutely awful!
