Ray the salesman was cool you could tell he was real (I'd give him 5 stars), and the actual buying process was semi-quick (only pros). The cars on... the lot had all types of issues to include bald tires, and leaking air while we were there. Wish the dealership would take more pride in their choice of used car purchases. I would say If this lot is selling you a car at a "deal" a mechanic has already looked it over, and assumed some repair is needed that is going to cover whatever you saved on the deal and then some. We ended up refinancing our loan with another bank bc the dealer understated my credit, and did not get us the best deal. This dealer also did not want to budge which I've never met a dealership that won't work with the price. Hardworking people spend to much money on cars here, and end up in over their head in repairs with a headache on their hands. The new car lot was way overstaffed, and it was a ghost town. Definitely could divert some labor costs to buying better vehicles to resell.
Terrible customer service, car has been serviced there prior, but the don't keep good record of previous repair. they were not very willing to help... or research.
Long buying process but staff was very accomodating and nice
sorry to hear that your experience was over extended. we will try to fix that in the future
They are not the best, they are not the worst; they are the Melba toast of car dealerships. I was working with another dealership in WV that seemed unable... to find the Jeep that Tri-County had. Made the 90 min drive and traded in one Jeep for the other at Tri-County. Generally speaking, I feel that my trade in was low balled and the price that I paid for my new Jeep was $2k higher than a similar vehicle with a hard top with a dealer in Virginia but I didn't want to give up a day's pay for something that might not be there by the time that I arrived. Look, these guys are not priests nor are they rabbis--they are car salesmen. One specific positive note: when they tried to upsell me on additional coverages, a simple "I'm not even remotely interested in that bu11$h1t" ended that conversation with no additional hard sells. One specific negative note: when I went to pull out of the lot, I saw that the side view mirror controller knob was busted. It was too late to get a tech to pop in a new one but who doesn't catch that when you are test driving?
Unfortunately, I purchased my van new from this dealership. Our rear evap went out last October and now 10 months later, I need AC lines replaced. Disappointed... that they were so willing to take $34K from me, but not willing to stand behind their product or labor!
The sales manager and Mr. Weaver was very nice and helpful. I felt like they was really working for me and wanted me to get what I wanted.
Went in looking for a new / used car for my husbands birthday and Ray and Keith went above and beyond to make sure that we found a car within our budget... . Not to mention it was 90 degrees outside and they were running back and forth trying to find something perfect . Highly recommend them we were very satisfied ! :)
They didn't have the vehicle I wanted. It was sold but they were still giving me information about the vehicle. Also they didn't send me the... pictures of the vehicle I requested. My service
Beware. Horrible experience with them. No service after sale. Bought brand new promaster from truck side, broke down after 1.5 weeks of ownership. It was... a 2018. Had 32 miles at purchase. Broke down at 1132 and again at 1330. Spent 28 days in service in first 90 days of ownership. Tri counties repairs were rigged which cause more break downs. Stay away!
Sold a Lemmon Vehicle. Do not go here. They can't keep mechanics. They will not replace a vehicle that Run on 1300 RPM during winter. It pulls us... through intersections, icy roads, and condition under 20 degrees. Buyer watch out!!!
