Big fan of Hendrick Kia of Cary. I have purchased two new vehicles from this location and I refuse to go anywhere else. Their service and process is outstanding! Big shout out to Rich!

Had a flat tire the service department could not patch.

Had a flat tire the service department could not patch. Customer service rep said she would look at some options and see if they could order a new tire for me. This was on a Wednesday morning and I expected a call back the same day. No communication on Wed afternoon, Thursday or Friday. Called numerous times and left many messages, but still no reply. Anyone else I talked to said only your assigned rep can help you. Finally had my car towed to a tire shop on Saturday that fixed it in about an hour. The customer service experience was about as pleasant as a moldy dish rag. Worst customer experience ever.

I came in late, 7:15 PM, and Troy Smith helped me. I was clear that I was beginning the process and that there would be no sale that night.He took the time to show me two cars and pointed out the advantages of each vehicle, and how it was superior to the Toyota and Hondas, I was considering. Great expperience.

Jonhoward1961, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Hendrick Kia of Cary.

Having paid almost $800.

Having paid almost $800.00 to have the fuel tanked 'cleaned' because Kia of Cary said it was stalling and sputtering due to water in the tank, the issue was not rectified. Upon picking it up and driving it acceleration was slow. The service mgr. John, assured us it was fixed. It was not. Having to drive several miles home, the car began sputtering and stalling and Kia was closed at this point. I can not recommend this Dealership nor their service department. The money needs to be refunded. Taking it to a reputable mechanic we discovered it was the fuel pump. The diagnostics were the same as they were BEFORE we took the car to Kia of Cary.

I just bought out my lease for my 2020 KIA Niro from Hendrick KIA of Cary. It was an easy and wonderful experience thanks to Ivy Johnson and Todd Adams. I have worked with Ivy for my last 4 KIA cars. She is the best! She goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Ivy Johnson and Todd Adams.

Our EV6 has been in for service on a critical battery

Our EV6 has been in for service on a critical battery error for over two months. There has been very little communication about what is going on in terms of the service our car is receiving. We don't care whether the dealer is working on it or not, whether they know what the problem is or not, or whether they have time to fix it or not, we just want regular communication about what is going on. Despite multiple calls and requests for calls back we can not get regular updates from the service department. We would definitely not recommend Hendrick Kia of Cary for service.
