All the staff at Coconut Mercedes listens to the customers needs. Very well prepared in all phases of an outstanding dealership. I have been driving forty... years plus and this dealership is best i have ever dealt with.
I feel like the mechanic did a decent job on the basic repairs of my Smart Car, brakes, new tires, alignment, wipers etc...but he couldn?t pinpoint the... broken pieces of roof parts that my father found (which by the way is not a smart car specialist). The female service advisor, Liz and the female service director are both very rude and condescending. I know my car, I know what?s wrong with it but instead of being helpful they just matter of factly state there?s nothing we can do about it. I took the vehicle elsewhere and they were able to pinpoint the issue immediately and in turn, found a great Service Advisor and the right place to get my car repaired. I will not return to Coconut Creek Mercedes/Smart. I?ve been so spoiled with the wonderful service advisors from Schumacher Mercedes/Smart in Scottsdale AZ and also Park Place Mercedes/Smart in Dallas TX. Coconut Creek, you should learn customer service from these two dealerships. If I had only read the reviews, I would?ve never taken my vehicle to an Autonation...

Worst experience I have ever had with a service department and corporation. First , they made assumptions and than followed up with lies. Brand new car... wanting me to pay 4K in repairs and than lied on their service management system so corporate would believe it . They assumed thAt my 16 year old daughter put oil in the coolant . She cried that she didn?t do anything wrong but of course Mary and her service team decided to lie And never followed through with a professional evaluation . They never gave me a car to use so i had to get a rental car . Treated me like I murdered someone . I even had another car on hold to buy for my other daughter which is now off. I took it to a third party company in which they found a oil cool part defective . Now it?s in another dealer hands and my attorney teams so we will find out soon !!! I hope Mercedes and auto nation are happy loosing a customer who had bought 4 Mercedes !!!
