Purchased a used vehicle.
Purchased a used vehicle. Sales kid was too busy on his phone texting while test driving and during the whole deal. Went to pick up car the next day, car was not ready for 3 hours after I was told it would be ready, ruined my day. Gentleman who was there to greet me in the salesperson's absence because it was his day off, was too busy on the phone talking to someone about personal matters, never put the phone down to talk, other than he indicated he was going to work with me to ensure I got my car, didn't see him again until the car was ready 3 hours later. Horrible experience. I am in the process of purchasing a new car for my wife and I can assure you I will not be purchasing from this dealer. Great brand, horrible dealership - which is the same I have experienced with other Auto Nation dealerships. Also, on way home stopped at market to puck up some things and car barely started after driving it for 2 hours. Got home and plugged into battery tender only to find out the battery was a 55% - let it charge in the garage for 3 days and got to 100%, unplugged it for 5 min and the charge dropped to 65%. Contacted dealer about replacement battery and they said the battery was fine when they checked it - apparently, if it registered 50% or more they consider it fine - pathetic. Had to spring $250 for a new battery.

I have had an horrible experience with the service
I have had an horrible experience with the service department. They called me stating one thing and then change their statement up. I been requesting to speak with general manager and have yet to speak with him.
