In 2017, my husband and I embarked on a journey to find my dream luxury car! We started at a BMW dealership, but the vibe there just didn't click. So, we decided to check out Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek, and wow, what a game changer! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by every single person?talk about feeling valued! Fast forward to 2025, and we?re over the moon to be purchasing our fourth vehicle from them! I can't wait to share our latest adventure at Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek! From the instant we walked through the doors, we felt completely at home. Our salesman, Norman, was nothing short of amazing! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through each step with such patience and expertise, making the whole process seamless. His insights into the different models and their features were a total game changer! We brought along our 12-year-old son, and as we were finalizing the paperwork, he started to get a bit hungry. But then, out of nowhere, Norman noticed! Instead of just plowing through the paperwork, he took a moment to chat with my son and found out he was feeling a bit peckish. And you won't believe it?Norman went above and beyond by arranging a delicious lunch for the three of us while we waited. It was such a delightful surprise, and I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness?it speaks volumes about his character! I?m already excited about my next vehicle purchase in three years, and I hope Norman is still around to help us again! His commitment to making customers happy really shone through! And let?s not forget about Arthur, the manager?he was absolutely fantastic! Super approachable and genuinely interested in making sure everything went off without a hitch. The exceptional service from both Norman and Arthur turned this experience into something truly unforgettable, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! We had an excellent experience with Norman. He was a pleasure to work with and he was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him we were just looking and he did not apply the usual car salesman pressure but answered all our questions. When we decided on the car we wanted, Norman went out of his way to find it for us. We left very happy.

This was our 4th vehicle purchased from Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. I have never been impressed with the sales or customer service from this dealership, however, it's the closest one to me. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from them. This has been the worst experience in sales/ customer service ever!

When you walk in please make sure to ask for Julius. He will go above and beyond for you. I walked in just to look at a car and I walk out with my wife?s dream car.

My experience was satisfactory. I was planning to buy a new car but they didn?t have the car with the color combination I was looking for so they sold me a loner car with 2.500 miles. After a week of driving we had issues with brakes and rear camera. As I am writing this review the car is in the shop.

I was very pleased with the dealership, the sales man Julius was great and very helpful, he made sure to explain the vehicle to me in detail, he's also called me to ask how it's going, I must say I had a great experience over all and I am very happy with my new car, I went back the next day to ask a question to the service department and was greeted by someone who explained so much more but I didn't get his name.

the help was timely as it was an emergency and the work and cooperation was excellent. I will keep using the service department
