Horrible customer service from sales! Don’t waste your time looking at vehicles here. This dealership plays every game in the book and does shady stuff. They’ll take your money to hold a car for you, pull your credit, and sell your vehicle to someone else before you get there. With this market being crazy this is the last thing you want to deal with. This dealership is not trustworthy or loyal to customers. STAY AWAY! GMC a needs to look into this dealership!

Good luck trying to get GAP insurance refund
We bought the suv in January 2020. Paid it off August 2021. Tried multiple times and left multiple messages with the finance Department. Finally got an email from the Business Manager, Lauren B. On September 23. I signed everything, sent her proof and provided my new address. She said she got it all and it would be processed and I would have my check in 2-3 weeks. I emailed her after 2+ weeks for an update and to make sure it went to the new address. She then asks for the new address again. More time goes by, no check. I email 3 more times asking for an update. Nothing. Now, almost 4 weeks later and a call to the General Manager, Robert S, she emails back saying the lady who cuts the checks was out last week! What about the previous 3 weeks? Your mission for the company is a joke when your business manager doesn’t do her job. Nor did she apologize. Seems unacceptable to me.
We’ve worked with a few dealerships in the past, and this one was by far the best. Collin was kind, helpful, and amazing to work with!!! We just purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon XL, and we did it all via online/the phone. Collin made it such a simple process and went above and beyond with constant communication!! The vehicle is perfect and we couldn’t be happier!

Worse customer service from a sales( Nicole...
Worse customer service from a sales( Nicole Blaze)/financial manager(Nick Leporowski). They will waste your time and lead you down a rabbit hole. If your lucky they will call you back. I had to call the front desk every time I need an update on what’s going on. They will “sell” you a car that has already sold just to get you into the dealerships. They are dishonest and are scammers. They will quote you good monthly payment and then go against there word. Be smart and a stay away from this dealership!

Very unprofessional went to purchase a used vehicle forgot the agents name so asked if they could look it up who I talked to but was told it didn’t matter. So I made a offer and the agent accepted I went my car to get funds to pay for the car when I got back the agent that he would only sell the car at the original price and only would only fill the tank and detail the vehicle like any other car dealership would si I left because he lied to me unacceptable.
