    I Purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from the Lafontaine Dealership. The deal was so good, I got a flight out of Chicago and picked up the truck 06/06/2016. Paul Videcoq was my salesman, and he did a great job getting the truck ready for me to pick up. From the managers, to the finance manager, they are really great people to do business with. Chicago dealers can not come close to Lafontaine. Thanks to all who helped and made the buying experience very pleasant and easy. And Paul, I am going to send you another customer shortly.     The parking lot was disorganized and confusing. There was nowhere to park my car. When I went around back to circle around there was no where to go and I had to turn around completely. I didn't even go in. Such a simple fix........ VERY DISAPPOINTING

    I got more than I thought for my trade-in and the price on the new vehicle was good so I started the process. The sales guy was great but he didn't do everything he said he was going to. I had to deal with the manager after the purchase was over to get everything that I was promised. I will see how the service department runs when I have some additional services performed. Overall - 3 out of 5 stars

    Even though my 2011 Acadia has cost me a lot in repairs last year, I believe that Lafontaine Buick GMC of Ann Arbor has done its best to give me the breaks it can on the repairs. The service managers are always polite and helpful in explaining what needs to be don.

    I bought my car when the dealership was owned by another group. I've stayed with this location because the service is always excellent. This time I was having a repair and a recall done. The dealership actually informed me of a second recall (at that time I'd not been notified by GM) and took care of it.
