    Ralph was very courteous, professional and personable sales person. At no point did I feel pressured and it helped that I was informed regarding the used Sienna I was seeking as well as the trade in of my vehicle. The dealership was reasonable to negotiate with and has very competitive market based pricing. After I purchased the vehicle, I noticed some missing plastic components that Ralph addressed immediately and the dealership seems to stand by the quality of their cars and service.

    Words can not describe how excellent this dealership has treated me. Danilo Chacon is a great salesman and one like no other. He helped me figure out the numbers when buying a Toyota Camry. Also his great customer service made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Chad and Tai also helped me afford this car with talking to the banks and and making sure I was able to drive out the lot with my new car the same day. They do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied and pleased with your new car. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!! If you are looking for a great variety of cars used or new and if you want to deal with friendly and professional staff than I strongly suggest you visit Northbrook Toyota and scion.

    Good communication with people. Great selection of cars. But they need to talk to us more and ask us more questions. They didn't give us time to negotiate. They need to be more straightforward with information like interests rates and prices. Overall though, good process.

    Went in with my daughter based off a recommendation as she was looking to lease a car for college. We met initially with Dennis and he made her very comfortable and explained the process with her. He sent us home with an offer with no pressure to decide that evening. The lease offer he made beat online offers from other dealers considerably. We came back a week later and met with Scott Rosengarden and we made the deal and my daughter is now driving a 2016 Corolla that she can actually afford. Both Dennis and Scott made her first case experience a very pleasant one. My wife is already talking now about a Prius in a few years and Northbrook Toyota will be our first stop. Other than some computer issues in the finance office when we signed the paperwork which was of no fault to the dealership, this couldn't of been an easier, more low pressure and pleasant new car experience. Don't let the looks of the facility from the outside fool you as they are constructing a brand new building. If you're in the market for a Toyota, it's worth the trip to give them a chance at your business.

After than I say I don't want to car in you showroom. He answer me "get out". So he should tech costumer service . He did me, my friends and one old guys in insult .

    To start let me say that as we all know the car buying process can be quite intense for a customer as we are not only looking for the right car for us, but also the right price. I think what can add to an already stressful experience is the salesperson because as we all know they want to make a sale, they're only human. Needless to say the intensity that comes with car buying is not something I have ever had to worry about when it comes to Toyota Northbrook. This is the second time that I have purchased my vehicle from them and this is the first time I can honestly say that I was quite impressed with the sales consultant more than the price that I purchased my vehicle at. Scott R. is without a doubt one of the best sales consultants I have run into when it comes to car shopping. While he is young, he is knowledgeable and his personal skills are without a doubt one of his best qualities! He is not just looking to sell you a car for the sake of selling you a car, he's there to sell you the car you are looking for. I knew I was looking for a Toyota but I wasn't sure on if I wanted the Yaris, the Corolla LE, or the Corolla S. We test drove them all and while the S would have made Scott more money, as it was higher in cost, he never once pushed me into it. He identified features in all the cars that were great, but was more interested in understanding what I liked and didn't like and accommodating to those. In the end, my heart went with the LE and I couldn't be more thrilled knowing that not only did I get the car that I wanted, but that I wasn't pushed into the S. I literally got to feel out each car with no one else's opinions and as excited as I was about the LE, Scott was just as excited for me because like he told me at one point, "this is about you and the car you want." How often does one hear that from a consultant?? This being said if ever looking to buy a Toyota, I highly recommend Scott R. at Northbrook Toyota. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed

    I just purchased a vehicle from Northbrook Toyota and they gave me a very fair deal. My salesman Danilo provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Danilo to assist you with your car purchase.

    I went to buy a scion FRS. I contacted them through cars.com and was promptly contacted by there internet sales department who put me together with a floor saleswoman. I traveled 2 hours to look at the car and when I showed up they gave me another salesperson. When I test drove the car the salesman literally let me drive it for 5 minutes. After I was done with my ridiculously short test drive I sat in the car checking it out and the salesman continued to pester me to "come inside, do we can do paperwork". Inside we talked about the price a bit. I told him I wanted 19k out the door he then went to his manager and came back with 20k out the door. I replied I know you can do it for 19k. He then said let me see what I can do without the certified preowned. Came back and offered me 20k without the certification. Yes the same price as with the certification. I will never buy from this dealer. Worst car experience of my life. I just left another Toyota dealer where I am purchasing the same car with 10k less miles and more options for 19k out the door.
