Warranty tire replacement

Had a screw in my Silverado truck tire. They replaced the tire and the truck was ready to go in less than 45 minutes.

service fail

i have a 1999 silverado. on 7/01/20 i had to have a new transmission put in. abgout 6 weeks ago i started to hear a whine coming from the transmission.my mechanic said that it was the pump in the transmission.since it was still under warranty gm powertrain(where it was purchased) said to take it to a dealer of my choice to have the warranty work done.i chose hendrick chevrolet in monroe since it was closest to me.when i took it in i received a less that friendly response. they took it but kept telling me that the warranty might not cover it since they did not install it(this was false-i contacted gm powertrain and they said the warranty was good no matter who installed it).i left it on 12/16 and was told it may be a couple days before they could start on it.i went back on 12/21 and was told that their tech agreed that the pump was the problem and he was waiting to hear from gm to see if they wanted to repair or replace it.on 12/19 they called and said the truck was ready and that the tech had checked the fluid and corrected some "codes" and that the noise was gone.less than 2 miles from the dealership the whining was still there.it appears that they did nothing to correct the problem.wg=hen i get ready for a new vechile i now know where NOT to go!!!!

The service here is top tier. They're professional, timely and completely transparent. All (four) of the cars in our family get the royal treatment here. And, a special shout out to Jake Sands who really goes out-of-his way to treat us right. We are, as they say a delighted customer!

Nice clean facility. Found this car online and drove down from Charlotte to check it out. Met A sales person named Zack. He was very personable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Great and knowledgeable staff

I am in the market for an electric car. I scheduled a test drive for the Chevy Bolt. They quickly helped us find the electric car guru there named Chris Goodman. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had many questions and he knew almost all of them. He didn’t provide any pressure to buy and was laid back during the test drive. His manager Chris was nice too. Chris was the nicest salesman out of 5 dealers we went to over the weekend. I am very serious considering them for my upcoming purchase.

Shar Mellon

Shar is an amazing sales associate, she made the process for buying my New Cadillac enjoyable. My XT4 is the third Cadillac and Shar was my sales associate each time. I highly recommend her to friends and family.
