SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS NON-EXISTENT
Service after the sale is horrible! I was promised a loaner during regular service appointments while my car is under warranty (oil change, tire rotation ect). Last time it took weeks for this location to get me scheduled due to no loaners. They finally offered to have someone pick up my XT5 for service since their loaners are now for extensive repairs only. I am about principals and facts. Don't make promises at the point of sale that you can't keep. This week I called to make a service appointment, and again no loaners. Someone was supposed to call me back, and it never happened. I called back 2 days later, and escalated. The GM called me and said he would "see what he can do". 2 days later; no call back. Either provide a loaner as promised, pick up my car, or reimburse me so that I can get my car serviced elsewhere. I cringe every time I have to call this place, and now I am DONE! I am below 10% and will have to find somewhere else to go. I did contact the Cadillac dealership in Pineville and they are willing to assist, but I can't get a loaner since I didn't buy my car from them. I can't take a 1/2 day off work to sit at the dealership? Is this the new standard for Cadillac at this location? No response needed. If you really care; you call me and right your wrongs!!! I am DONE with this place.

Drew’s the best
This place is amazing, my dude drew hooked me right up and was straight to the point and honest about everything. I traded in my 2017 eco boost mustang for a 2015 Chevy that runs as good as new. I have not had any problems with the vehicle and this is a month later. I’d recommend drew and the #1 man on the whole hendrick team!

2023.04.22 Hendrick Chevy Monroe
We arrived at Hendrick Chevy Monroe at 0742 hours for an 0800 appointment. Upon arriving there were vehicles in front of both bays, putting us 3rd in line. However, the 1st vehicle in left bay in front of us apparently did not have something and left, we waited to pull in until motioned. The second vehicle pulled in to the right bay, was addressed and the driver went in to the waiting room. The person in the vehicle to our right, 4th in line at this point, exited their vehicle, outside of the bay, and went to the counter at which time the service person at the counter squared this person away and they then went to the waiting room. At this time we have yet to be acknowledged. I finally advised my wife to pull forward. She drives due to my seizures and not being permitted to drive. We got squared away and went to wait in the waiting area during which time 2 additional vehicles were brought through bay 2 and pulled to the back while our vehicle remained in bay 1. Upon completion of our service we were once again advised the wrong chip for our vehicle had been received resulting in what will be our 3rd trip to the dealership since purchasing the vehicle over 1 year ago. This is simply poor execution of a pleasant customer experience. In regards to the chip, I have set aside frustration that it has been over a year since purchase however to be notified 3 different times to come have it installed only to end up being told it is the wrong part is completely inexcusable and simply incompetent.

Just bought a Chevy Traverde from Hendrick Monroe. See Shar for your Chevrolet needs. Shar was great however it took the service department 6 days before car was ready. Maybe that’s the normal now but I thought a little long especially since we paid for the car when we bought it.

Hendrick Cadillac - Daron Kahn AMAZING!
Recently found a car I liked at a Hendrick dealership in Cary, NC. The website quickly got me in touch with Daron Kahn, my salesman. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was able to get me a great price on the car (Thank you!) and had in transferred within a few days from Cary, even though it was Thanksgiving week!
