    Mike was friendly and very knowligable about the cadillac products. He helped us with all of the time needed including 2 test drives with the SRX and an XTS. The only problem was the pricing on their SRX. I bought a 2015 SRX frrom another dealer for less than they wanted for their 2014. They had comparable miledge plus the 2015 was in thee right color.

    This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone was very helpful but I have to say Jared was an awesome salesman, very personable and professional! He answered any question I had and took great care to explain everything to my son about his new car! It was a surprise to our son and Jared took the extra time to make it special when my son arrived at the dealership to see it! My husband and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Just today, one day after my oil change and tire rotation, I noticed on the way home from work my truck driving differently. I promptly checked my tires even though my TPS monitor said everything matched. The factory specs say the proper inflation levels are to have 60 PSI in the front and 70 in the rear. Upon manually checking the pressure, the actual readings of the tires were 70 in the front and 60 in the rear. So it appears the tech just swapped the tires but never actually adjusted the pressure or reset the placement. I also have no way of adjusting the placement of the tires to read differently on the TPS monitoring system. I did however properly inflate/deflate my tires to match the door jam specs; what the tech failed to do. Very dissatisfied with this experience at the dealership with getting my vehicle serviced.

    Wonderful people here! My husband and I bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership mainly because of Michael and Jeremy. These are 2 men of integrity. We were treated with honesty and compassion and much patience. Not only do we feel that we have a dealership for life, we have made friends also. We could have bought from ANY dealership, but the integrity of these two Christian men are what made us feel comfortable buying from Hendricks of Monroe.

    Hendrick Chevrolet did a great job of getting my car repaired and in providing me a free loaner car for the 5 days they had my car in their shop. I would highly recommend Hendrick Chevrolet service dept to anyone that owns a Chevy/GM. However, for the reason listed below, I will never recommend or buy another GM/Chevy vehicle. I am seriously dissatisfied with GM/Chevy for having to pay $1900 to replace the timing chain, which should have a service life of about 100K miles, on my 2010 Camaro that only has about 60K miles. Extremely dissatisfied with GM/Chevy because this is a known issue for this model car and engine (3.6l V6), and GM/Chevy should have stepped up and made the repairs to all owners who experience this issue. Had it not been a known issues, GM/Chevy would not have changed the timing chain specs to a different chain mid through the 2010//2011 production cycle for that very engine. In spite of my poor opinion of GM/Chevy as a company, I think that Hendrick Chevrolet has a great service dept and do excellent work.
