    Engine coolant light went on while on the highway and car was sluggish (and I had ignored it for two weeks because it's winter) so I found the nearest Ford dealership. Popped in here and they fixed it in 5 min. Thank you!!

    Was working with a Gentlemen named Will A (Internet sales) and some other salesman. He really mad the process pain free and fast. Set up something called the 60 Minute Delivery and made it go by so quickly. Would Recommend this Dealership to Anyone! This was the best possible car buying experience someone could ask for from the very start! Thanks you for all your help Will!

    Will Amarantos, Product Specialist, eagerly exchanges email messages for 5 days relative to my enquirery about a 2013 Audi A5 and pleads with me to provide telephone number so he can speak with me. On sixth day I speak with Will and make offer. He replies "need to speak to management", I agree since that is expected standard dealership sales tactic . Two days pass and Roesch Ford is operating in "radio silence mode". Thinking that there must of been a death in the family or Chicago hurricane that knocked out power, I call Dan Roesch, President to help solve mystery. After call and email to him failed to elicit response, I must issue a Grade Fail A very bizarre experience indeed Looking forward to dealer response to my review. Stay tuned all!

    We bought a car from this dealer and got no title! We called muliple times and emails with no response or a we will call you back. We got the run around. The claimed title was lost and they were working on it. Meanwhile we had a car we couldn't drive that we were paying for. They told us just drive it, if you get pulled over tell them the situation and you will be fine. Really? No title, I couldn't register it I. My state and got nothing but headache. This is he short version of this story. Do not do business with this dealer! Also after I was leaving my reviews I found out this has happened to not only me!

    This dealership sold me a car with a lost title! Bad experience. I had a car I couldn't drive or get plates for. They wouldn't return my calls or help me out of his situation that was all their fault. It cost me time , money and aggravation. It's a long story but definatlty do not recommend this dealer!!!

    I just bought a 2016 F150 from Roesch. Great experience from the salesman and management. The finance manager was fantastic, he got me an APR that was better than I expected and didn't hesitate to tell me not to waste my money on certain options based on my driving history. Roesch will be one of my first stops when I trade this truck in.

    Showed up at 7am to get "The Works". Was asked if I was going to leave or stay. I asked how long because I could leave for an hour and was told "you're the first one. It will be quick." I decided to stay. It took 2 1/2 hours!!! Worst customer experience.

    We purchased a 2013 Corolla from Roesch Ford in Bensenville, Illinois on July 18th, 2016. We were assured that we would receive all necessary paperwork for registering the car and getting plates before 30 days. We did not. After hounding them, they sent us out another 35 day tag out for us very reluctantly. Shortly after that we received the paperwork but it was terribly wrong. The odometer reading on the title and the odometer statement did not match and were grossly off. So we sent all the paperwork back to Roesch Ford. Needless to say today when I called to check on the paperwork ( 9 1/2 weeks from the purchase ) they had no idea when the correct papers would come. "Could be a week or a month or longer." is the response. The state of Illinois had to back check and see were the problem of the odometer reading is. So another question, which is the correct reading? What exactly did we buy? Needless to say we now have a car that sits in the driveway unable to be used ( we were not offered another 30 day tag and frankly not very sure the second one was legal ). Their response was " not our problem ". We have asked many times over the last two plus months to return the vehicle since they cannot provide clear and clean title. Their response is either the management ignores your calls completely or " not our problem" Their own contract and the law states if the purchased vehicle cannot be titled/registered within 30 days the vehicle is able to be returned. Not a company I would recommend to anyone go to for anything. When we said we would just drop the vehicle off they throated to report the vehicle abandoned. They are definitely not one we would ever send anyone to. The only upside is the salesman we had. He has tried to help us through this entire mess. He has apologized multiple times. To bad the company he works for doesn't have the same respect for customers or have his ethics. We would just like to return the vehicle as allowed by law. Further action is being taken as we speak.

    Purchased a used 2014 Ford Edge here yesterday, and I had a great experience, Nick was a great sales person. He provided me with all the information necessary for making a well informed decision, without being pushy. I will definitely recommend Roesch Ford, and Nick, to anyone I know looking to buy a car.
