I have tried contacting this dealership by phone, email, and through the cars.com and dealer websites. No relpy, not sure what happened but their website... is down and no call back

tried since the second week in march to contact this dealership, but never received any response, this is not how you do o my thinking , this is not how... you conduct business with a potential client. i even sent then a note through the mail, letting them know i was wanting to talk to them. and i as of yet havereceived no response, evidently dallasauto sales is a very shabby dealership.
I bought a car back on February 24 and I still have not received the title. I have emailed several times and left 10 voicemails over the past two weeks... and no one has called me back yet! Did not buy a car from this organization.
The vehicle I was interested in buying from Dallas Auto Sales Premier was left up online far beyond when it sold. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes in... the lobby of their building because for some reason they have no cars on display, only a few parked in the lobby. Finally, someone walked out from the back and nonchalantly informed me that the vehicle sold 3 days ago. Not impressed and will avoid.
On a recommendation, went to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle 2015 Camaro 2LT White on 2/24/18 and spoke with Courtney on the purchase of this... vehicle. He took all my information and completed a finance application. After waiting 45 min. He stated it would take longer and he would call me later on in the day or on Monday with the results, which he said it would be good since I had good credit. I called him on Monday at 11:30 am and he said it was still pending. I called again at 1:00pm and was told he was with another customer and that the vehicle was sold that morning. I asked how the vehicle was sold since they were awaiting for the finance approval and they said it is come first basis and the person who brought the car paid cash and they don't hold cars, or take deposits to hold cars. If Courtney had told me that from the beginning I would have not continued with the process of having my credit checked. This dealership does not care for customers unless you have cash in hand.
I contacted dealership which told me mustang was available. After talking with Courtney found out somehow bank won't finance out off state customer which... is weird. Then when tried calling to talk with someone no one would answer phone. Totally unprofessional customer service when was ready to purchase mustang. He wouldn't even send me a purchase order to financing at my own bank. Poorly run.
My son and I had horribe experience here last month..very unprofessional and a big waste of time! They tell you what you want to hear to get there and... it's a different story when you get there 0 stars!
Justin was very friendly and easy to work with! He was very knowledgable on all of the features on the vehicle. The price is what is stated so there was... none of the ridiculous negotiating back and forth. It seriously took about 15 min to buy the vehicle. He had all the paperwork was ready to go and went thru it thoroughly-with no hidden fees. The place was very clean and decorated really cool. It was easy to find. I will definitely go to here again when buying our next car! Thank you, Justin!
