My wife and I were looking for a BMW X5 and had several picked out to consider at various dealerships. Global Luxury Imports was one of the many stops... we made trying to find the right car, and up to that point had dealt with the stereotypical high-pressure, annoying salespeople. This was different. Mike was straight to the point, got our vehicle ready to test drive, told us what we needed to know, and didn't ask pointless questions wasting our time. We started our test drive and Andrew came with us. Andrew is an exceptionally cool guy and that was by far the funnest test drive my wife and I had ever been on. He wasn't trying to be awesome, he just naturally was. He knew everything about that car, was excited to show us the features, and was a genuine person who loved his job. When we arrived back at the dealership, it was obvious this was where we wanted to buy our car from. Mike worked with us on the price, gave us many finance options, and the entire process was positive all-around. We would, without hesitation, buy from Global Luxury Imports again.

Don’t let the Ferraris, Porsches, and Fiskers in the showroom fool you. I purchased a vehicle from Global Luxury Imports and had nothing but headaches... trying to get the title work and registration completed. 4 weeks after the purchase the temporary tag was about to expire and I had not received any title or registration paperwork so I reached out to the dealership. I had to call the salesman because the accountant in charge of this part of the transaction never contacted me and I didn’t have her contact info. Once the salesman got me in touch with the accountant, I was told the delay was my fault because they were waiting for a form to be completed. This is of course a form I was never asked for or provided a copy of to complete. This was a form that required a police officer to verify the VIN of the car. For every other car I have ever purchased, this verification was completed at the dealership or the BMV so I had no idea it was needed to complete any paperwork, and they never requested it. 3 weeks after providing the completed form I still had not heard anything and the 2nd temporary tag was about to expire during an upcoming holiday. The dealership once again tells me the delay is my fault because I have not provided them a copy of my insurance card with this car on it. To this I say DUH! They took a copy of the card I had when I purchased the vehicle. It had the insurance company’s name as well as the policy number. It obviously couldn’t have the new car’s info on the day I was buying it. The card would have the trade in’s information at that time. However, policy numbers don’t change when you add a vehicle so the pertinent information was there. Not that I mind providing a new proof of insurance once the policy is updated, but I was not asked for one. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 5 years and I have never been asked by the dealership for an updated insurance card for the newly purchased car after the purchase. Why would I expect to have to provide one now? Nearly 2 months after the purchase nothing was happening and the only reason I found out about the delay is by digging myself. The dealership is quick to blame some 3rd party that is handling the title work, but they do not understand that the responsibility is theirs. If there is additional documentation needed they need to ask for it. The requirements should have been given to me before I left the dealership and they would have had everything back within days. If something unexpected came up then they should have been the ones to contact me, not wait for the temp tags to expire so I call them. If they have hired some 3rd party to do their paperwork and this entity is not performing, it is the dealerships responsibility to replace this service provider with someone that will take care of their customers and their business. After all of that, the registration was incorrect. I have a veteran plate that I pay extra for and they were to transfer this plate to the new vehicle. Of course, this proved to be too complicated for them and a new plate was requested requiring me to go to the BMV and straighten it out at my cost. Again the mysterious, no name, third party was blamed. They are also quick to blame delays on the fact that this was an out of state purchase. 3 of the 5 vehicles I have purchased in the last 5 years were out of the Chicago area and the other dealerships seem to have no trouble processing an out of state purchase for Indiana without these issues. I have never had to have a second temporary tag issued, let alone a third as in this case, before having title work and registration complete. Save yourself time, money, frustration, and a never-ending list of excuses. There are many luxury import dealers in the Chicago area. Find one that knows what they are doing.
I saw the car I was interested on Cars.com, it was at Global Luxury Cars, I contacted Mike Tracz at the dealership, he was very helpful, so I plans to... come look at the 350 Z, I saw the car and after a test drive and conversation with Mike I purchased the car. The car was priced very fair, they priced the car at the Kelly blue book price. The transaction went great. I called mike a few days later with some questions, he responded Ina timely manner. I would purchase a vehicle in the future from Global Luxury cars. Great experience.

Thank you for your review Nito. -Global Luxury Imports
Mike Tracz did a really nice job in making it easy to work with and was super responsive that resulted in a trade in for a vehicle that is in immaculate... condition. Your delivery guy (Matt?) also was on time and very accommodating in delivering our car and taking our trade in vehicle. We look forward to enjoying the car and will recommend Global Luxury Imports in future to other potential buyers.
Lew Clark, We're glad you enjoyed your experience with us and we appreciate your business. Thank you! -Global Luxury Imports
All good here. Great cars. Great service. Nice selection.
Thank you for your review. - Global Luxury Imports
I purchased a car from them in November. I waited before I wrote a review to make sure the car was in great condition. Having the car for almost six months... it was in pristine condition when I got it from these guys and it's still fun and great.

Never been in a dealership that was set up to ignore potential clients. After waiting 20 minutes being ignored, I came to the conclusion if a dealership... treats you poorly before you sit down to talk, your overall buying experience will likely be unpleasant and leave me feeling taken advantaged of. So rather than waiting ten more minutes getting ignored, I decided to cut my losses and visit a REAL dealership
The delivery of the vehicle was top-notch very nice driver person. The vehicle in beautiful shape. I was blown away when I seen it. # But wake me up... all the vehicle in my garage it was leaking oil and antifreeze Plus. Plus we couldn't restart the car because the ignition switch is so sloppy the locks up. It also only have one key for the car . But some of this is my fault for not going and looking at the car in person.
I recently saw a truck you had for sale online, I called to setup an appointment to see it and go for a test drive. I was very pleased on how it drove.... (This was Thursday night). I asked the salesman if there was anything else I needed to do to help the process, he said no. The salesman suggested to have the truck inspected by my mechanic, I agreed and said ok. He sent me an email on Friday telling me how nice it was to meet me and was looking forward to doing business... In which I responded back telling him it was nice meeting you as well along with telling him that he will be hearing from me in a couple of days with the arrangements. When I sent him an email on Monday, he told me the truck has been sold. I asked what happened? He said it was sold on Saturday. I was shocked and I thought we were working out a deal... I guess not. Then I asked if your dealership was getting another one? He said yes! But I haven't heard back with updates with it now being over a week since that conversation. It is very poor communication, I guess you don't want my business.
