    My car died the first week of December. My son told me to go visit Al he had bought a car from him. We went to talk to Al about getting a used Jeep. I knew they had a number of models and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Al knows everything about Jeeps we told him what we would like and which we needed and which were not deal breakers. We went on a Tues. because he goes to the auction on Wed. and he didn't have what we wanted there. I was floored when I got a call from Al on Wed. he thought he had one I would like and to come down Thurs. evening so they had a chance to go through it. It had everything we wanted and was a great price. Fast forward to the beginning of Feb. my engine light comes on. I know my warranty is just about up. I called service and Steve gave me an appointment for the next day which was a Sat. he said it would be an hour or so and he would come to the waiting room to get me. It wasn't even an hour when he came in to tell me they needed to order the part they would call when it was in. They had the part by Tues. I made an apointment for Thurs. he said it might snow Wed. and any problems just call Thurs. morning and they would change it. I went in Thurs. I was late but had called and they said no problem we can still do it. I was told the same thing about an hour and they would come to the waiting room. The waiting room has nice chairs, magazines, TV and a desk with Wi-FI, two rest rooms which are nice and clean and one of those K-cup coffee makers. I made myself a cup and sat down to read next thing I know they are done with my car and it has been maybe forty minutes. Polite, clean and efficient what more is there!

    We had stopped in to see about leasing a car just gathering information when we meet Mark Miller a salesman who took time and we found a cat for my wife that was good for her to get in and out of we told him our price range and working with the general manager they were able to find the perfect car when it came time to do the paperwork Jeff Atkinson was very helpful and explained everything to us we were very happy with the personal service we received

    We switched to Secor for location first, but were pleasantly surprised by the sales and service staff. Welcoming, knowledgeable, honest. We have five used Jeeps. The Secor service staff understands that we need these cars to run and that we are willing to deal with some high miles issues. I feel like they are as fair and honest as possible regarding what needs to be done now and what can wait. They are always welcoming and get me in and out of the service bay expediently almost every time. Sales people are great. No pressure, knowledgeable. Good communicators. Finance people have "can do" attitudes. Owner is visible and accessible to customers. I understand it will cost us to keep high miles Jeeps on the road. Secor's staff makes it bearable.

    I have been using Secor for service on my Jeeps since they opened in New London. I have never been disappointed and my visit today was no exception. Fast, efficient, helpful and courteous. Everyone in the service department is a pleasure to deal with.

    My window stopped working today. I dropped it off this morning and they fixed it and had it ready after work for pickup. Then the check engine light was on when I went to pick it up. They brought it back in and had it fixed with in by minutes. Thanks

    I called with concerns about my 1 year old Chrysler Town and Country Van shifting properly. Every person I spoke with in the service department was extremely pleasant. They offered to bring me home when I dropped off the car. They provided a loaner to use during my repair. They kept in contact with me about what was going on. They explained the repair in detail and all of it was covered on warranty. I would not hesitate to go back!

    When the Jeep dealership closest to me said it could take a month to get the part to repair a 2013 Jeep, I was in shock. After a bit of research, I started to call around to other Jeep service departments. Lucky for me, Secor Jeep was my second phone. They probably had the part on the shelf, and if not, they were confident they could get it - quickly. The Jeep arrived at Secor on Monday afternoon. 24 hours later it was ready to. No drama, professional service from a professional team. Peter, your service group is great. We particularly appreciate Steven who kept us informed of progress and was there at pick-up. It's been our experience that a good service department is a reflection of the whole dealership's management. Thank you Secor. We can now head home with peace of mind.

    Contacted Secor Ram, to see if they could better an offer from another dealership. DeWayne came back much lower, than 1st dealership, and was at the payment I wanted. Then came the hard part of finding the truck I wanted in the color I wanted. It took DeWayne a week once he located the truck, to get that dealership to call him back. In the end, DeWayne got me the truck I wanted plus more, at the price I wanted. Hats off yo John McCarthy, and Jeff. I would recommend Secor to ALL!!!

    This is to date my best car buying experience ever, this is a not a "Game Playing" Dealership they just sell you what you want and do not try to sell you what they think you should have.The entire process in total took two visits, one to do finance papers and test drive and the second visit to pick up my 2016 Willy's edition Wrangler all in all total time for both visits combined about one hour. PAINLESS!!!! Also the Service Department at this dealership is second to none they know what they are doing and have great product knowledge. Trust me I had my previous Wrangler serviced at three different dealers over the three years I owned it and never a problem or issue with the service at Secor not the case at other dealers.I asked three other Service Managers at the other dealers what brand of oil they use and was told by all three that it changes depending on the supplier. In other words "whats on sale" when I asked Steve at Secor he quickly replied Pennzoil it is what Jeep recommends. Great Sales and Service.

    Don't go to secor. I will never buy another vehicle from there. The cars I bought there started giving us problems a week after we bought them and we fought with them to fix them. I would never refer a friend or family member to secor.
