knowledgeable staff. courteous. time it took to get an appointment was a bit longer than we wanted. had a busted shock on our 2016 durango. had to drive... it daily and when car was looked at we were advised it shouldnt have been driven that long with a shock like that. Kind of hard not to when it's your way to and from places. given a loaner car since part had to be ordered. had car back within a day and is running perfectly now
Called to schedule recall visit on our RAM 2500. Was given an appointment on next business day. Left in early bird. They called same day to say it was... ready and it was. Just what we expected...no surprises which is good.
