Good service until I found the tire pressures were all off and not following factory guidelines... as shown on the driver's side door jam.
I lost the bluetooth in my radio, took it to be fixed.I waited eight weeks for the radio, finally installed, still have the same problem. Auto Nation does... not have anyone there to work on Fiats, so beware before you purchase. The Chrysler part of Auto nation is the biggest joke of all.
I moved from Dayton, Ohio two years ago. With my brand new FIAT 500L. To Buford, Georgia. I have had all my service done at Mall of Georgia FIAT. Which... is not far from my home. Very satisfactory. I have had no problems with the car. Just routine LOF.
Always hard to get through to the appropriate service technician.

I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation in having my Fiat serviced. Although they are not my ?home? dealership where I bought my car, they treated... me like ?family?. I came there disgruntled over some issues in getting my car serviced at another location, but Dustin in the Service Dept changed that. He personally made sure my concerns were taken care of. They have an internet area which allowed me to work comfortably while waiting for my car. I also enjoyed the premium coffee station and popcorn. Thanks to Dustin I was 100% satisfied when I left. To me a dealership can be measured by how they treat customers AFTER the sale. I was so pleased with AutoNation that I would purchase my next vehicle there.
Drove all the way from Woodstock based on the good reviews. Set an appointment online and got TWO confirmations. Drove to all the way to Autonation Fiat..No... service drive?! We were told to take it to Hyundai down the street. Annoying but whatever. Got to Hyundai and our service writer wasn't there. NO phone call or anything saying he wouldn't be there. We were told to take it to Chrysler. Took it to Chrysler and they helped us thankfully. We will not be returning to Mall of Georgia Fiat ever again. We drove all that way based on good reviews but we will now go to a Fiat dealership that is closer and that actually does service work at their own dealership.

The sales representative Eduardo was wonderful! he took his time with me and gave me every little detail about the car/advice ect. he worked hard to make... sure i was satisfied and got exactly what i wanted. The head manger of the fiat company was not very nice i spoke with him briefly not very nice or personable/rude. The warranty manger was not very personable either.
We were looking for a good used car for my daughter who is about to get her drivers license. We researched many dealers for the car we were looking for,... and no one really wanted to work with us as our credit wasn't so great. We found the Lexus we wanted at the Fiat dealer in Buford, and Sanober Nichols did an outstanding job in getting us financed at a great interest rate.
