What you could do to improve your company is to stop trying to rip off your customers by telling them they need repairs that they do not, in fact, need. Your service people told me I needed $3500 worth of repairs that were not at all necessary. And now you continue to send me emails telling me I still need those services. You are scam artists! No one should take their cars to you and I’d say that goes double for buying a car from you!

I typically do not post reviews such as this. However, considering my HORRIFIC experience, I felt the obligation to share this with others. EXTREMELY POOR. For this reason, I advise anyone to think twice about coming here. My family and I returned the rental car to them in exchange for my fixed vehicle. The man pointed out a crack in the windshield of the rental car, which my family and I had noted to them that the crack kept growing since they picked up the rental and started as a small chip that mimicked a speck of dirt. My family and I were perfectly fine with anything we had to do to fix it (such as paying for fixing the crack), but instead we were met with three men arguing with us about how much of this was our fault. My family and I waited over an hour for them to even find evidence that it was our fault, which their evidence was a video of not even the windshield prior to us taking the car. Mike (I believe who was the other men’s manager), even attempted to find more cracks in the windshield by pointing out other “cracks” on the car with his finger, which turned out to just be dirt. When we asked what the next steps were, 2 of the men continued to yell at us without letting us know a solution. At a time like this with the virus being an international threat to everyone’s health, these men continued to not abide by the rule of being 6 feet apart from us and tried to be as close to us as possible (even when I continued to practice social distancing from us). Even worse, my family received a call this morning from them saying “good news, we charged you for this”. Thank you Mini Concord for making sure myself and my family feel ten times worse than what we already do as we are, like many others, may not even have jobs due to this difficult time. Efficiency I will typically take the car in when I see the light on and I will have my car back within a day for the service on it to be complete. Yet, this time I was told that it would be done within a week. After that, another call. The man on the phone said another week is needed. When I arrived, the main fixes on the car were minor and seemed as if the vehicle was finished within the day I dropped it off. Just don’t come here unless you want terrible service and 3 men yelling at you for an hour. A note to Mini Concord: Please teach your staff empathy. Empathy is being able to understand others’ emotions and situations. Your staff clearly lacked this and basic knowledge of customer service when handling our situation. Will not be going back because of Mike and those other two men.

Michael Chavez was our sales rep and he is fantastic. He obviously LOVES his job and he put a ton of effort into our transaction. Michael works closely with his Sales Manager, Sergei, and his other teammates. The whole process was very smooth and professional. We got THE car we wanted and he was very thorough in explaining everything along the way and once we took possession he explained all of the car's features and benefits. He is very well-educated, informed, articulate and warm and friendly. This is our second transaction with this dealership; we leased our first mini and then just started a new lease. I can highly recommend it therefore but we had a great experience three years ago and that's why we went back. We had yet another great experience. Thank you, Michael, Sergei and the rest of the staff!! You made us very happy customers.
Absolutely great. Drove over an hour to get there, but was absolutely worth it. First time buying at this dealership, but would always go back and recommend to my friends.
Michael made the car buying experience as easy and pain-free as possible. He ironed everything out before we arrived to minimize our time at the dealership. He also demonstrated all the technology so we knew how to use everything.
