I just stopped to look at a car took about 20 minutes for someone to come out and help me. It was a beautiful day outside and I was the only customer when they opened.

This dealership sold me a 12,000 dollar truck that broke

This dealership sold me a 12,000 dollar truck that broke down 4 days after purchase. Faulty fuel injectors no oil change and clogged fuel filter. I sent the quote for repairs done by a local shop. After weeks of dodging my calls I was informed they would not repair the vehicle because that would be rebuilding my engine and they would have sold the truck for more money. I also offered to return the truck for refund or exchange and that was dismissed as well. Now I have a 12,000 dollar yard ornament with 6,000 dollars of repairs I can not afford. This company lacks integrity dignity and respect. Let this be a lesson learned by myself to save future customers. S&S best auto sales in auburn wa sells lemons!!!!

Transmission blew 1 month after purchase

I bought a 2015 6.7 powerstroke. I thought i was getting a fair deal on it right at market value. A little over a month later the transmission blew up leaving me stranded without a vehicle. I went in to talk to the manager and got a very xxxxxxxx salesman response saying he can not help out because it would cost him money. for reference i payed 33k before taxes and fees the transmission ended up costing about 10K. All you are to them is a paycheck and they just want to see you sign papers and leave the lot. Will never go back here and never say a good word about this place until management and ownership figures out how to treat a customer.

BEST car dealership EVER!

BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Andrew made it so chill and never once tried pressuring me to buy a car! He handed me the key and told me to check it out and if i want to test drive it pull up front and he’ll set it all up! That way I could check out the vehicle without him watching me and making me nervous! Test drive it alone again so no pressure! He was kind and went above and beyond to get me my loan and i absolutely LOVE my 2010 Mercury Mountaineer and I highly recommend this car lot and Andrew!! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ service in my book and i’ll be going back when i’m ready to purchase another vehicle!! 💜💯

Great place, honest service

I've been to many other dealers, this place was definitely above them. Andrew was very kind and patient with me and my family. He gave us honest opinions and a great deal. Thank you, I recommend this place.

Mixed

Good price but was told by mechanic that parts needed replacement and were painted to look new. These were not brake the bank parts but needed attention for safety reason. I like that I was able to negotiate a fair price but considering the fact that some of the issues where purposely hidden to make the truck more appealing, I would not recommend this place.

They didn’t want to fix my car professionally. So they sent me to a place that screwed screws into my door panel and used glue. They scratch the tint on the windows trying to fix it. Great sales service but poor in fixing their wrongs the right way.

Bad Customer Service and Sales

We purchased a vehicle and within a day we had issues that we brought to the dealers attention. They said they repaired it. Within 3 more days we had even more trouble with it. In all we ended up paying another $7000 to have the truck repaired. The way we were treated throughout the process, means we would never do business with them again. I would definitely not even look at a vehicle they have.

2015 Lexus IS350 Great experince!
