The sale went pretty good. The service department hasn't been great. I bought the car and noticed on the way home a chip out of the windshield. Then I... washed it the next day and noticed the seal was missing under the hood and was letting water drain into the engine bay. There was a seal in the trunk of the car when we test drove it and I asked the salesman where it went and he said it was an old one that was replaced so he threw it away. I don't know if they painted it or bought it from the auction painted, but there was pieces of masking tape and plastic still on it and overspray on one of the tailight lenses. Also two interior pieces were missing. So I called and they set up and appointment with safelite for the repair that went well. I was told to go to their GMC parts counter to order the other parts that were missing. So I did that after my safelite appointment. Thirteen days go by and I finally call and that's when the parts guy don't know where they are and then I'm transferred to my salesman and then the salesman has to call back to tell me they found them. Now I go get them and the interior parts are wrong and the parts guy says he'll have them the next day and will call me when they come in. I figured since he could tell I wasn't too happy with them not calling me and not ordering the right parts the first time that he would make it right. Guess what it's two days later and no call. It really don't surprise me, I guess everyone's service can't be as good as Amazon's.
