I have never felt this cared for in all my car buying years. I came in looking like the cat drug me in. Sunburned and wind burned, with dirt on my knees and they treated me as if I was the queen of the world. It didnt take long before we drove off of the lot in the perfect car. You will not regret purchasing a car here. Truly exceptional people and service.

I bought a really great car here, SLK55 AMG. Nathan my sales person/manager was great, helpful, low pressure. We made a deal I traded in my older SL500 for a reasonable agreed upon amount. I was going to write a check for the difference however I was asked, “hey please finance the car because we make more money that way and we are basically selling you the car for what we own it for then just go to the Credit Union and pay it off”? So I went ahead and did them this favor. They were nice and reasonable fine whatever. In the deal I asked for two things, one the spoiler was a bit loose and I wanted them to fix it and two, I want the “Pacific Wonderland” plates. I was told no problem. So they were supposed to fix the spoiler that day but then their guy was too busy and they told me I could bring it back any time. I had to bring the title to my old car and the DEQ paperwork anyway so I bought it back the next weekend and they sent to their fix it guy to get the spoiler done, I waited 40 minuets just to talk to him and he then told me I would have to make an appointment. Then he said, “you can fix it yourself it’s easy etc”. This is what I end up doing. It took me two hours, not horrible but they should have just done it like they said they would. The second week I had the car the radiator failed. Now things happen, it is a used car. Nathan checked in with me and I mentioned the radiator issue via text and received no response. I didn’t expect them to pay for it or anything just “hey sorry that happened” would have been nice. It was $1000 to fix, had to wait for the radiator to come from Germany it took two weeks. Now I bought this car in early June, finally in late September they were able to get all the DMV paperwork done and submitted. I had called and emailed their office manager Jackie on several occasions to figure out when I would get my plates or if I was going to need a third trip permit. I received the plates in the mail, they were the basic Oregon tree plates not the Pacific Wonderland plate as I had asked for. All of my other cars have the Pacific Wonderland plates. I like the Pacific Wonderland plates! But hey, mistakes happen. I asked Jackie about it, she abruptly said I didn’t ask for them and was rather rude about it. Well I did ask for them, so I called Nathan back and spoke with him and he agreed they would pay for them. He said find out how much it is and let them know. I went to the DMV thinking I would be able to just exchange them out as that is what Jackie told me. I couldn’t because I didn’t have the registration yet, remember it was already almost 4 months already since I had the car. Anyway they told me it would be $134. I told this to Jackie via email and received no response, some time later maybe a week or so I followed up with her and she said “the Pacific Wonderland plates are only $100 so I will send you a check for that”. The email was short and rude. I replied: Jackie, The additional $34 was a $10 processing fee for the exchange of plates and $12 for each plate, which would not have been incurred had the correct plates been requested initially. When I went to the DMV the lady asked me for the VIN number of the car and then told me what the price would be. Are we really going to quibble over $34? The fact that I have to go to the DMV twice because my sales person/manager made a mistake is worth more than $34 of my time. I am sure Nathan would approve the $34 as well. I would just like to get this deal behind me at this point. Please just send me a check for $134 so we can be done. I then received a check for $100 in the mail a few days later. I called to talk with Nathan again but he was too busy to talk or call me back in a timely fashion so I am leaving this review to help other people whom might be lured in by D&C’s empty promises. I hope you never have to deal with Jackie. I knit’s only $34 but it’s just the principle of the thing, own your responsib

I recently went in and purchased a Mercedes. I got a great deal and was treated fairly. After the fact, it was found that the car had some issues. I was pleasantly surprised when they were willing to work with me on the most important repair. Most car lots would have said tough luck. We live out of town and we came up and it was fixed in one day. They even gave us a beautiful loaner car for the day. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I not only will recommend them to people I know but I will return there for my next purchase.
