    Took my new Camry in for the 5000 mile maintenance. My appointment was on Monday afternoon. I realized on the Friday before my appointment that something had crawled under the hood of my car and died. We tried to find it but could not. Since my appointment was Monday, I decided to ask them to check for it when I took my car in for maintenance. When they brought it back they said they were not sure if that was covered under my Toyota care and I would have to come back the next day. I live an hour away, so I took it to my mechanic and he found it within 15 minutes. If Toyota really cared, they would have tried to help me out without worrying about the money. Will not be buying another car at Toyota in Apex.

    I emailed this dealership to inquire about a 2017 tacoma , got linked up with Kyle John, was quoted a specific price (a very small discount, which is fine) prior to visiting the dealership, I asked him specifically if they would negotiate the price of the truck if i came in to his dealership (dealers dont neg over the phone) he said (to be fair using his exact words) he would use my presence as leverage with his managers to get a discount. OK fair enough that means ill prob got a small discount at least right? Well to my surprise they tried to charge me MORE than quoted, obviously i wasnt happy so i grabbed my keys and stormed out. O and also to the woman (employee of this dealership) that made fun of my car parked out front (2006 SL65 amg V12) saying that "I drive a womans car" and laughing at me with 3 other employees, well honestly i dont care what you think and it doesnt hurt my feelings, just not professional and very childish. Given these circumstances, i rate a 1 Star review, and will take my business elsewhere.

    Remember the name Jessica Drown when you go to Hendrick Toyota of Apex. She was amazing and got me my dream car and deal! Here is my story: I wanted to trade in my 2012 Highlander for something that fits my lifestyle better now that my kids are either out of the home or drive their own car. I had settled on a pre-owned RAV4 to fit my budget and went into the dealership. Jessica was very knowledgeable and we talked through my needs and habits. She was able to get me into a 2017 RAV4 Limited within my budget. She worked the deal and got it done with her team - callout to Ian Jones as well for making it happen. Jessica is the perfect combination of business and personal. She is fully committed to the customer experience: she showed me the immaculate service bays, gave me step by step demos of my new vehicle's Bluetooth setup, reviewed the manuals, the keyless entry system, the free car wash for life perk, my first service appointment, and sent me an email with all the insurance information I will need. She was very thorough and personable without being pushy. Hendrick Toyota of Apex had been reliable for my car service up to this point, always taking care of me with good service, loaner cars, free wifi, coffee, and car washes. When car shopping, it was natural to check out their vehicle selection and they did not disappoint. They are smart to hire people like Jessica, who really cares about the customer experience and is willing to do what it takes to earn your business.

    Been shopping for 3 days with my daughter and her husband for a Rav 4. This was one of the better car buying experiences i've been on. Jessica Drown was an exceptional sales person. She really made our day pleasant. Manager Bob and Finance guy Mike were awesome too.

    Took my 2016 Scion Im in for service and was amazed at how quickly it was complete and I was back on the road. The waiting rooms are neat and clean. I love that they have different spaces available for families. The entire dealership was extremely clean including the drop off area. Very impressive. My car was even washed when they returned it.Thank you!

    We traveled over 2 hours one way yesterday to visit this Hendricks dealership. Wow! What an establishment.. We first met Bob-shook hands- friendly. Then Timothy told us he had previously owned the vehicle we purchased..He didn't have to do this and we appreciated it very much! Ian helped with the finances-knowledgeable and nice-we could not have asked for nicer folks! Our product specialist was truly special. We had talked with him on the phone and he was pleasant but in person........he was the real deal- Kyle John - an especially nice- personable - knowledgeable- not pushy- a kind person- just a super guy! He listened to us and appreciated the fact that we had traveled quite a ways to his dealership. The trip was worth our time and we bought a Highlander! We are very happy! Thank you to Hendricks and all the folks- especially our man-Kyle-for making yesterday a great day!!!!!!

    Between company and personal use, have purchased 4 vehicles at this dealership. Although we need another truck, it will not be purchased at at Toyota-Apex. They have a great concept for friendly service and free car washes, etc, but actual service falls woefully short. Mistakes they make in completing financing forms have cost me trips back to the dealership and unnecessary waiting. Don't be fooled by their promises unless you enjoy long waits for service, car washes and resolving other issues.

    Having previously made an appointment to have it looked at, we took our brand new 2016 Camry back to the dealer to take care of a minor manufacturing defect...the driver's side rear view mirror glass was flawed. It took 2 hours for a someone to look at it, make that determination, and order a replacement part.. Then, they took the car to be washed. While this was going on, my wife and I chose to wait in the dealerships "Quiet Room"... which turned out to be an open area in the middle of one of the most heavily trafficked spots in the facility. It is within arm's reach of the vending machines, snacks and coffee. it is a few feet from the Parts Dept. desk, and on the way to the service center. No one, be they customers or employees, in, or around the room, made even the slightest effort at noise control. The Quiet Room sign on the corridor wall was an absolute joke!

    I was very pleased with the service I received at HendrickToyota. Danielle treated me as if I were family, and Peter took considerable time in explaining solutions to resolving my Camry's service issues. I have purchased 2 Camrys, both at another Toyota dealership in the Raleigh area. I have been very pleased with the performance of both Camrys. I will definitely return to Hendrick when my Camry requires service, and on my next Toyota purchase I will talk with the folks at Hendrick. Thank you Danielle and Peter.

    My wife and I were very pleased with the sales staff we worked with in acquiring our new car. We have been well pleased with our 2004 Toyota which inspired us to purchase another one. We are retired and our goal was to acquire a end-of-model year discount to stay within budget. We have purchased a number of new vehicles over time and understand the process. It took a good deal of negotiations with 3 tiers of sales staff to come to an agreement. The sales personnel were professional, courteous, and patient during this process. The after sales pitch to entice the customer to buy future services and extended warranties we feel is an offensive process that we did not enjoy. At the end-of-the-day, we were very satisfied with the deal and the dealership.
