Just bought new Toyota Sequoia and Tom McClay was my salesperson. I had very good experience from finding the right car till I bought the car.

I just bought a new Tacoma from Hendrick Apex . Tom McClay was my salesman and he was a great person to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and after a couple of attempts we found the vehicle I wanted and came to acceptable terms. The experience was good and Tim was not high pressure and he represented me to management during the process. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and the deal.

My salesman, George Quintal was very patient and interested in helping us. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. The lady in finance was incredibly persistent, belittling, and at times somewhat “pushy” regarding extended warranties even after making it very clear we were not interested. She made the experience a 1 star review, but George made it a 5 stars.

Went to Hendrick Apex Toyota with nothing other in mind that to run some numbers to see if a trade at this time was even possible. I made that clear up front but that made no difference to Xavier Overton, my first contact sales associate. He took the time with all of my questions and concerns. Xavier worked every opportunity to get me in the car of my choice. His calm demeanor put me at immediate ease. It didn't work out this time but when I return, I will be working with Xavier.

Darryl was one of the best salesman. He was kind and patient. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from him. If I could I would buy another car from him today!
