It was our first purchase from a dealership since the 80's. Working with Karim Abdelshahid surely made our car purchase easy and smooth. He was pleasant and easy going. We were given options to wait for a Prius Prime with an unknown future date or to get a Prius now with option to keep the Prius or buy the Prius Prime when it arrives. Overall, it was a pleasant experience unlike what we experienced before.

Jennifer Stern helped me get into our new family van, a Sienna! She was very easy to communicate with when we ordered the can and while waiting for the van to come in. She helped us at pick up with explaining all of the features. Everyone at Hendrick was super Great to work with.

I had the best experience at Hendrick Toyota Apex! It was extremely smooth from start to finish. With all the inventory issues going on I thought that I would take forever to get a new car. But, Andy the General Manager had me partnered up with the best Toyota Specialist, Elijah Kisner. During my first visit I was able to test-drive the new 2022 Tundra to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. When I decided to move forward on ordering a new Tundra, Elijah went through the different configurations to order exactly what I wanted. We then went to Andy with the build they were able to locate one incoming that would take only a couple months instead of a year. I was able to leave with piece of mind on my first custom order truck. Elijah keep me up to date at every step on the build process and the Truck even arrived a week earlier, so I was very excited! It was a very smooth process and one of the best parts was everything was at MSRP and there were no Adjusted Market Pricing, that other dealerships have been doing. I would greatly recommend going to Hendrick Toyota Apex for your next vehicle. I would suggest asking for Elijah or Andy, but the entire staff has been helpful and kind. I will definitely be shopping at this dealership again!

No Nonsense service from Dan Graham before and after the sale! Lots of "newbies" in the business but so nice to work with someone that has been doing it for a long time and if he doesn't have the answer to your question, he finds out! My second car purchase from Hendrick in 2 years.....

Had a great experience here. Elijah was able to find the truck I wanted and have it transferred. The entire process was quick and easy once the truck arrived and I felt like I was taken good care of. Elijah was also very helpful with any questions or concerns I had throughout the process and was very knowledgeable in answering them. So glad I went here and ended up with the perfect truck!
