Great for Remote/Out of State Buyers
The dealership and salesman, Tim Marcum, could not have been better. I was purchasing a 2005 Pontiac GTO that was 9 hours away from me, and Tim did literally everything possible to make me as confident and aware of all aspects of the car and the few flaws it had BEFORE putting down a deposit and flying out to buy the car/drive it back. There was intense interest in the car and at first, another buyer put down a deposit 10 minutes before I called with my credit card to put down mine (this was within 48 hours after first contact with the dealer). Tim had even gone in on his day off on Sunday to make a cell phone video pointing out all the car's flaws (not many) and sent it to me! Ultimately that video and the honesty Tim clearly showed was what gave me the confidence to pull the trigger the next day, only to fall a few minutes short. Since I was beat out by 10 minutes, I moved on to other candidates (the plan B car 18 hours away). The next day Tim called back and said the other buyer (oddly) didn't like the car, and that I was the first in line of several people wanting to buy it, which of course raised alarm bells to me. Tim's honesty gave me the confidence nothing was wrong beyond what I already was aware of. I then put down a deposit and booked a $300 flight to pick up the car a couple days later. I could not recommend the dealership or Tim more. Buying any car remotely/out of state, let alone unusual ones with lots of potential buyer interest, can be very risky, but Tim and the dealer mitigated most all of those risks. If you are buying remotely, you can count on full disclosure and the knowledge/attention to detail necessary to minimize the risk of surprises, which is the most important factor. The car ended up being even better than advertised once I saw it in person!

I was a first time customer. I have found my dealership and sales representative Mr. Jamie Greene. I would recommend this location and and my sales guy. Mr. Jamie Green to everyone. The dealership is clean and well run. (that means a lot to me). You are greeted from the time you arrive, and are helped from begging to end with no pressure. Jamie was more than helpful with my abundant questions. He really has the patience of a Saint. I am not an easy customer. I still receive follow up calls to check on my satisfaction and make sure I am pleased with my purchase. They actually care about you and it shows. So go check them out. Ask for Jamie. Let him know the Trail Blazer lady gave him a good 5 STAR review because he deserved it.

Rodney Terry was a fabulous salesman. He actually took the time to listen to what was important to me in my purchase vehicle, and what my price range was and he pointed in the direction of the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. Butch Bugg was very helpful in getting my contract worked out with me and getting me in that vehicle with care and consideration. This entire buying experience was tough because my vehicle, that was almost paid for was totaled out, and so having a team to help get you in just the right vehicle and within your budget was a "win-win" for me. I highly recommend Mr. Terry and Mr. Bugg to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the area.
