    INFINITI TIMELINE Dec 29- receive quote from J Robertson Dec 29- email J Robertson re: incorrect price on quote vs web Jan 2- receive revised quote from J Roberston. Quote entered trade in $$ but original price still higher than web Jan 2- email Glen of discrepencies. Now Doc fee up from $599 to $699 Jan 3- my wife and I meet w/Glen to see car. Car not ready for test drive or sit inside. Still being detailed. Ask Glen re: price increase and he says web price is “estimate” and higher price due to “improvements.” No mention of what “improvements” were made. He offers $1K more for trade in. Sign papers to buy based on 4 yr relationship Jan 6- car ready to p/u. Arrive and give check to Finance mgr. I go outside and look at car and notice long scratch from passenger door opening to headlight, Crack on windshield and chips on front hood/bumper. Tell Glen and Bob I won’t buy car unless they repair all. Glen says to keep car overnight and call tom’w (Saturday) and he might have a loaner to take home and I can leave the G37 for repairs. Repairs wouldn’t begin until Monday at earliest. I notice car has more miles than on 1/3. Jan 7-bring car back and give Glen list of items to repair incl all above plus check all fluids and fill as needed; check electrical system. I am given loaner. Jan 9-leave VM message for Ian Henson to discuss issues Jan 12- send email to Mr. Henson since I never received a call back. Jan 13-Mr. Henson calls back and says emails don’t go to him. I sent my email to HIS address not J Robertson plus he never returned my call. We discuss, at length, the issues and he assures me they will be taken care of. I ask how the scratch got there between 1/3-6 and he won’t/couldn’t tell me. All he needed to do was find out where the car was during that time and discuss with whomever had it. He’s being evasive. Jan 17- car is ready for pick up. When I arrive Glen, Randy and Ian were there to greet me. We went to the car and they showed me that the passenger door scratch was completely gone, but the windshield and the bumper/hood were not repaired. They all smiled as they wiped the rain from the door to show me it was repaired but never showed me the front of the car b/c the bumper/hood was not repaired. It was difficult to tell if the windshield was done, but it was clear to me that this was all they were willing to do. Having been in sales for 37 yrs at all levels, I know when further argument is futile. Having seen the car 3x and only 1 item repaired, I knew it was time to leave with the car. So, I just smiled and thanked everyone and left. Immediately noticed the windshield was not repaired. Jan 24-sent email to Mr. Grassi detailing dissatisfaction with process and lack of repairs Would only recommend this dealer for new car purchase. Today is Feb 2 and no further response from Infiniti of Cool Springs.

    My wife and I have just leased our 4th Infiniti in a row from Brenda Shelly at Infiniti of Cool Springs. After initially looking at Lexus, Volvo and others nearly 9 years ago, we have never visited another dealership since experiencing the professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness (oh, and the excellent deal) Brenda and the team delivered. I have invested my career training and being trained by a multitude of great "salespeople", Brenda can play with the best of them.

    I was looking to replace my 2008 G37 coupe with a more spacious but identical performance vehicle. Laura Brown made this happen for me without compromise. All of my experiences with Infiniti and specifically Infiniti of Cool Springs have been great, but Laura took the experience to a whole new level of excellence.     This is our 2nd time buying a car from Infiniti of Cool springs. We used the same Sales person both times, Brenda and we could not have asked for a better experience. As soon as she saw me, she knew my name, after 4years!! Who does that?! You will only find this at Infiniti of Cool springs! I have sent several friends and family members and everyone had nothing but good things to say.
