BDC response was instant. However, they had no clue if the vehicle was available or not. Was never called back or emailed on whether the vehicle was available.... Losing business because of lack of attention, I bet your dealer principal would not be happy.
Purchased a 2015 CPO Jetta from Nick in late April 2018. Told on phone ( by Nick before I made the 140 mile round trip) that the car was "Pre-Certified"... by VW and therefore had new OEM tires and brakes. Felt this was worth the slightly higher price of a more local dealer. Nick told me again when I arrived at the dealership about the "Pre-Certification" by VW and had new Continentals and brakes. Made the purchase and discovered, as soon as the tire shine wore off, that the tires were not new, and in fact one of them was mismatched. Called Nick and he did not have the courtesy to return my call until I asked the finance guy Vince to have him call me. Nick told me he made a "mistake." Sales mgr Pat offered me a new tire but after talking to Continental I decided this really wasn't the solution.I was told the car had new tires and brakes and got neither !!! I told Pat, Sales Mgr, that I was willing to forgo the brakes but felt I should get new tires. He declined and told me they are all human, and make mistakes. MY mistake was buying my car there and trusting in the salesperson and the dealership. AND, regarding Nick a a salesperson. In addition to the "mistake," I was not given a test drive because he said I had already driven one elsewhere. Vehicle "delivered" by being left alone out front ( with showroom closed and doors locked) to figure car out and leave. I did have to go and knock on the glass to get him to come out and show me how to use the push button start. I never received a follow up call or thank you and had trouble tracking him down when I discovered I had a problem. Oh how I hope I get a Customer Satisfaction Survey from VW.
Excellent customer service. Super easy and friendly. They have a playroom for the kids. Starbucks coffee. Had the exact car I wanted and terms. I would... never go anywhere else.
Horrible experience. To start, they have a rude receptionist with an attitude who decided to raise her voice at me then hang up while I was speaking. She... also declined 3 of my calls and then answered when I called off a different number. I knew more than the salesman about the vehicle as he couldn’t explain many features and why a light was illuminated on the dash. The salesman weren't professional and showed no interest until I mentioned I was paying with cash. Finally, they tried pulling a fast one and invoicing me for more than the first price they quoted me. Save yourselves a headache and drive on over to the next dealership.
I just leased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and absolutely love it. The employee helping me was Linell Renda. He was super knowledgeable and informative. Everyone... there was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and fun!
I saw a used car online and had immediate contact with their online rep. We set up a time for me to visit. Beautiful lot with a ton of friendly staff.... Felt very comfortable purchasing my 2007 kia stortage. I love this car. Linell was so knowledgable and helpful. I received follow up phone calls asking how my car was working. That was 3 months ago. When I am ready to purchase another car I will again use this dealership.
Purchased a new car and thought that the experience was okay. However, I made the mistake of filling out a consumer experience survey in which I reviewed... my salesman with 8/9's on a 10/10 scale. The next day when I received an email from a manager informing me that I gave my salesman a failing score and I then received texts from the personal phone of my sales guy urgently telling me to "call him." The entire situation was very unprofessional (i.e. reporting internal performance grades to customers and then texting customers several times with vague messages). I can say that I will never go back and would never recommend this to anyone as it's caused a lot of stress over something that is actually laughable (pandemonium over a fair consumer survey).
I just got done purchasing a Tiguan and the service I received was amazing. I showed up at 4:50 right before closing time just hoping to look at the car... I saw online. Even though it was already super late and they were ready to close, a salesman came over to help me. I ended up going for a test drive and he asked me if I wanted to buy the car, to which I said yes. Even though the deal was done way past close, I left around 8pm, everyone was so kind and helpful. They all wanted to go home, but they didn't let it show. I didn't feel rushed...even though they were very efficient and got stuff done, and the experience was great. I would recommend this dealer to everyone, and I have full faith that you will not leave disappointed in the car buying experience.
eastside mazda/vw! worked with Mackenzie Mayfield. knows his stuff! very professional and easy to deal with. makes car buying smooth and comfortable. ... when I am looking for another car, he will be the one I call. dealership is clean and friendly. no pressure just treated like one of the family.
I purchased my first vehicle from here about two months ago and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. My tail light went out this past... weekend and Nick (in sales) was more than helpful when I called about the issue. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new tail light and at no charge.
