Genesis GV70 Servicing

Took my Genesis to this Dealer for initial service. MY Advisor, Forrest Lima was attentive to my needs and got me checked in, and a Loaner for the time in was there. He kept me informed and before I was expecting my car's return he found me and got all the paperwork completed and I was on my way. I was very satisfied with my visit there.

Excellent first service

First 6000 mile service for my GV80. Great communications. Picked up car and left loaner. Called to keep me advised. Returned the car by end of day with great wash and detail.

Zack is the best!!

Great! Zack was a very nice salesman, helped me pick out the best car for my family! He also took the time to show me a lot about my new car! He made car shopping fun! He also invited me back so he could give me any information about my new car! I will recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle! Zack was great from start to finish! Nothing but five stars for him!

Rude Customer Service

Awful customer service experience after a glitch in scheduling online. I had picked the date available online for service, rec'd an email that I would be contacted to confirm service. No one contacted so I called to confirm and the woman on the phone was very rude and short telling me I did something incorrectly instead of trying to troubleshoot and remedy the situation. When I asked to speak to the person who emailed me and that I had also emailed she said no I am the person you speak. I will not be using or recommending the Columbia Hyundai dealership under any circumstances.

No Customer Service from Service Dept

As it turns out, there is a significant flaw to Hyundai engines and there have been class action lawsuits, resulting in Hyundai being liable for replacing the engine. Unfortunately, I am one of the people affected by this flaw. Hyundai of Cool Springs has had my car since October 22. Not once have they called to update me - I’ve had to call every time and I’m lucky if someone picks up the phone. No one will give a straight answer as to what’s going on, and often over promise that I’ll know more soon. They have not provided me with a loaner car, and no one on the corporate or local side will give me an answer on if a rental will be reimbursed. If you live in Nashville, you know transportation is important. The area is not walkable, and public transportation is not available everywhere. Subsequently, my husband has had to leave work every day to get our daughter (wrapping up work at night), my daughter has missed important doctor’s appointments, and we’ve spent $1,000 on rental cars so I can stay in good standing with my job. Most importantly, I’ve lost an 1.5 hour of time with my daughter every day. If you are a working parent, you know how important this is. I understand times are hard now. There are labor shortages and supply chain disruptions, but that is no excuse for a complete and utter lack of customer service. I used to be a huge fan of Hyundai. This is my second car from the brand. But they’ve failed to understanding that the marketing life cycle doesn’t end with a purchase, it continues on in to the buyer experience as well.

Really? Duct tape?!

Went to see a vehicle on their used lot. I literally walked past all of their sales staff and nobody said a word to me. Got to the vehicle that I saw on Autotempest.com and I couldn't really tell on my mobile phone, but the rear passenger fender was literally being held up by duct tape. Why would you even put a car on the lot and online for sale if you have to use duct tape to keep it from falling off?! Just wow!

Greg was great

Bought online and delivered to Metairie, LA. They transported the new car and picked up my trade. Very straightforward and communicative. Followed up after delivery. Driver was courteous. Notary came to my house to do paperwork. Awesome deal.

Great buying experience

Traveled to Cool Springs after working out a deal and was greetef by Craig Francis and the truck was exactly as they described. Remainder of buying process went great and I would highly recommend this dealership!

Best Experience

I haven’t purchased a new car in almost 13 years and I was very overwhelmed with all the options out there. Haj did a fantastic job working with me to find the perfect vehicle and he was excellent with communicating with me. He made sure everything was to my liking and request and if there was something he was unsure of, he always directed me to the person that could. He made the process senseless and easy!
