    Just recently purchased a new Camry. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Absolutely, highly recommend this dealership. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest transaction i've ever done. Zero pressure sales. I got the car i wanted for the price i wanted. Mark Jackson was our salesman. He has been there for many years which says something when it comes to car salespeople. This place was hopping. So many people and still they got us out in a very short period of time. From walking in the building to driving out in a new car was under an hour. Buying a car is never a fun experience except for this time. Mark and JD Smith in finance made purchasing a car a very FUN experience. Great guys. I will definitely come back.

    G A R B A G E. Absolute TRASH for support. I stopped using them because they're irresponsible, unresponsive and it's a major effort to fulfill the smallest request. Now they can't even provide the information I need to get a half way competent Toyota dealership to fix my car. They WILL make you regret doing business with them. HATE!

    Y'all need to come here and ask for Dallas Moore. This guy is the real deal. He listened to my concerns and desires for a new to me vehicle and found me something that I will use for years to come. Also Deena Hensen who is the GSM is amazing! She will not let them sell you a car that you can't afford or need. I highly recommend these people and this place.

    They contacted me very quickly and were very courteous. They didn't pressure me at all. They had already sold the vehicle that i had inquired about, but tried to find me a similar model and style. I did end up find one at a different dealership though.

    I have dealt with Coolsprings Toyota for almost 2 years, including buying a new car. However my time was wasted recently because of a mispriced truck. I let the dealer know and it is still being used as a draw to get people into the dealer. I have notified them of the pricing issue after a day of my time wasted. I look tonight and after a couple months have passed by the truck is still listed at a low price, I even called and verified the price and after getting there I was steered onto another truck and told the truck wasn't there after seeing the truck myself then I drove the truck and they informed me it was mispriced. But yet it's still on the website mispriced. I am looking for a sequoia now but will probably take my business elsewhere because of the misleading issue. The service department is great! Stephen Burke and DC Baker are the best in the business!

    In December 2016, I purchased my new Tacoma by phone and text. My salesman, Yuri Crawford was very diligent in finding the vehicle in the color I wanted. I solicited several dealers during the process but it was his professionalism , "can do" attitude, and engagement that won my trust. Mr. Crawford kept me informed of the progress since the vehicle was brought from out of town. I was contacted once the vehicle arrived and went to meet Mr. Crawford for the first time. The vehicle and price were as agreed via phone. Totally thrilled with the experience including financing with Mr. Denzel.

    I am still in a bit of a honeymoon period since I am under dealer warranty but the facilities are so nice that I'm currently choosing to work from there instead of going to Starbucks. Nice people and you see faces over and over again so turnover isn't a huge issue.

    I am visiting in the area and just stopped in. A Salesman asked if he could help me and I told him that I was just wasting some time. But he decided, I think, to give me "food for thought". And we talked about what I might want in my next car. He gave me a lot of things to think about. I believe his name was Jesse Register. The last name was a little unusual so I remembered it. I appreciated him taking the time to talk to me and I do have a better idea about what I want/need in my next car. Because of him I would recommend your dealership to anybody.
