    Ted was attentive, responsive and professional at every step throughout the sales process. He even volunteered to deliver the vehicle to me! I will... definitely be a repeat customer (even though it's a 6 hour drive). Definitely worth the road trip!

    I had my car towed there due to left passenger door flew open while driving. Not safe to drive. I was able to have the car towed there within an hour.... Service team responded and stated a part needed to be ordered and car would be ready the following day. I asked for a courtesy car to get home, since I was stuck at work. I was informed they were all booked out and none available. I got a ride to your service dept and was driven to the rental car place down the street. The rental car place informed me Volvo should pick up the cost of the rental car since no loaner/courtesy cars were available. Roger stated they do not pay for rental cars for their guests. I was informed about the cost of repairs for my vehicle, and I accepted the air filter and car door latch. I declined brakes at that time and the windshield arms and wipers, as I replaced them in April, 2019. When I picked up the car the following evening at 5pm, he did replace the windshield arms and wipers and I just paid the bill. The car was not cleaned because they barely finished my car repairs and the car wash staff had already gone home for the day. I will return to Volvo for additional work in the future. What areas could be improved? Volvo should have picked up the cost of the Rental Car if they did not have a car available since my car was deemed unfit to drive and required towing. It would have been a different scenario if I scheduled the appointment and I didn't arrange a ride. That would demonstrate excellent customer service.

    Very quick response to inquiries, great explanation of the vehicles, features, use and differences to & against other vehicles. They were very amiable... people who are very easy to work with. Lastly, they were honest, open, humble and knowledgeable. All very rare attributes in the car business.

    I've been doing business with Lyle Pearson for many years. I always get great and attentive service from the sales and management teams to the parts and... service departments. I highly recommend this dealership. Ted Cook was great to work with as a salesman.

    I am absolutely dumbfounded, at my wit's end, at the poor service I have received from Tony D, Lyle Pearson, and Land Rover in general. Here's a story... that will scare you. I dropped by Range Rover Sport off at 830am on Day1 asking to check on a small fluid leak I had noticed. By 5pm, I still had not heard anything back about the status, so I messaged Tony to check (annoying). They didn't have the part they needed, so had ordered it overnighted, and they'd need to keep the vehicle overnight and fix it tomorrow. Dang, but ok. The next day by 2pm I still had not heard anything (annoying!), so messaged again, and apparently the part had not shown up in the morning deliveries. They would check the afternoon shipment and get back to me. By 530p, I AGAIN had heard nothing (what the heck?) so called again, and was told the part had not shown up. They would need to look into it and get back to me. They DID actually get back to me this time, only to tell me that the part they had ordered had never been on its way to begin with, that there's a shortage on that part, and they would have to look around to other dealerships or parts supplies to see if they could find one. How do they not know that the part they ordered overnighted is actually not even on its way?.. But, they'd have to keep the vehicle over the weekend, and it's undrive-able in the meantime, and they'd get back to me on Monday. GUESS WHAT. By Monday afternoon, I still have not heard anything! I call them, and hear that they've been unable to find the part anywhere. I asked about possibly finding a used one, and they say they will look into it and get back to me the next day. My Range Rover has now been with them for 5 days. Tuesday. Story continues. They don't get a hold of me. I message. They call to tell me that they can't find a used one either. The part will either be available maybe on Saturday (9 days after I dropped it off), or by the following Friday (15 days after I dropped it off). They're unable to give me a loaner car because that's too long. NO FREAKING KIDDING IT'S TOO LONG. So i'm high and dry without a car. Tweedle-dee, I wait. The following Tuesday (12 days) I get a message from them!! Woohoo!! It says the part won't be available until the following Wednesday... (20 days after dropping off!?) That Wednesday (20 days into this story) I call to see if the part arrived and if my vehicle will be ready. Sorry! Tony the service manager is on vacation! I leave a message for someone else (Doug). 5 hours go by and no returned call! I call again, and get a hold of Mike this time, who thankfully at least can check on the status for me. OH WAIT! The part will not be available until possibly THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. That is 29 or 30 DAYS LATER!!!!! And that date is just an estimate, it may get pushed again. This happens a lot from Land Rover and Volvo. Moral of the story is this. Lyle Pearson Service Desk will not keep in contact. Land Rover will not have the parts you need. Your vehicle will sit in the parking lot at the dealership for 1 month waiting for a part. You will have to find a second vehicle to drive during that time. If this sounds like a story you want to go through yourself.. then have at it. Lastly... I think it's important to note. My vehicle only has 63,000 miles, and it is the Engine Oil Cooler that had the leak. Land Rover.

    Roger went out of his way to ensure that I got in and out quickly while offering a nice loaner and going over the gadgets inside the loaner. When it turned... out that I needed rear brakes on top of the 70k mile maintenance, he was respectful of aversion and hesitancy I felt after hearing the quoted price. I explained that I might check a couple of other places to get a quote and he politely influenced my decision toward Volvo parts and Volvo technicians. I decided to have them done at Volvo.

    I visited this dealership recently. I came to look at one specific car I had already found online that was at there location. When I arrived I was greeted... by Mark. He asked me why I was there. I told him it was to look at the car I had found online. I had printed out a the car information and had it with me for easy access. I handed him the paperwork I had printed out and he proceeded to take me to the wrong car? I took a little bit of time to examine the car he showed me (just because), then I pointed out to him that it was the wrong car and asked him about the car I came in to view. He did not know about the car I wanted to see and we proceeded to walk around to 3 other locations at the facility while he asked multiple other employees if they knew anything about the car I actually came in to see. Eventually we ended up back at the original location and he finally found out that the car I wanted to see was already out on a test drive. At this point I simply asked Mark to let me know the status of the car I wanted to see and if it indeed sold or not? He said ok , but did not ask for my contact info..? I gave him my contact info as well as letting him know the make -model- and years of cars I am looking for. I never heard anything from Mark or Lyle Pearson Land Rover Jaguar again.
