Awesome service
Best Dodge dealership. Traded my car my old car in July and it took only about an hour. I went to get an oil change today, I was in and out. Highly recommended.

I've been waiting nearly A YEAR to get a recall fixed on
I've been waiting nearly A YEAR to get a recall fixed on my vehicle. They couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part, they claimed they'd order the part, and contact me when it came in. Well, that contact never came. I'd attempt to call service, but when I did call, the phone would just ring. How is this in any way professional? I really believe that this dealership just doesn't care because they're in a part of the city where they feel they don't have to care. I can bet that if they were in...let's say, Metairie perhaps, the experience would be a lot different.

Thus dealership was not good.
Thus dealership was not good. Me and my friend travel over 2 and half hours to go see a Buick Regal and didn’t have the vehicle that’s was in auction. The offer me another vehicle that wasn’t the right price. Don’t go to this place.

Please avoid this place
I would advise anyone to ABSOLUTELY under no circumstances buy a car or get service at this place. I bought 2 brand new cars from here and only get them serviced here because I thought it was the sensible thing to do. One of the vehicles was given a faulty oil change the caused a 1200 dollar problem which I STILL allowed them to do the work. 10 months the same problem had resurfaced and now they want 2300 to fix it. I tried getting a clear explanation from who I assume was the service manager and got hung up on. Mind you my vehicle is STILL there.

Fast and friendly service
Very friendly and fast service! The waiting room is peaceful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service was fast. I brought my car early and they started on it right away.

8 hour recall
I was in for a recall. When I phoned in I was told it was a twenty minutes fix (I anticipated three four hour), however no appointment. Went in for 8:30, was told it's done after service, recall not priority. After four hours was told had not been looked at. But would be ready by closing time. I got my jeep back at 4:30. Personally I think there has to be a better way. Maybe three service cars then a recall. Or tell the person immediately that it's a squeeze in and can be all day. Your staff was friendly to us as we sat and waited.

They went above and beyond by ordering the tire in
I had a flat and I wasn't sure if the tire was ruined they ordered a new tire and put it into inventory after the evaluated my tire and realized that they could repair it. They treated me with kid gloves kept me informed and treated me very fairly I could not have had a better experience We're just living there are great people at this dealership
