    My experience with this dealership via cars.com is detailed below: Am following up about an internet request for information I sent via cars.com about... a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman VIN: 3C6JR6AT4KG719182. I was prepared to complete this transaction (cash or financed with or without a trade-in) before noon today but based on the interactions so far, am rethinking this decision.  I think you and the rest of the management team need to be aware of some strengths and shortcomings in the process.  I was happy to receive an email response shortly after your business opened this morning and excited that the advertised vehicle was in stock and available.  Shortly after that, however, is where the process started to break down. I called the number, as requested in the email, and provided some contact information to your phone staff.  She was informed and helpful as I mentioned that I live in Fort Worth, TX. She informed me that many times incentives are regionally based and that a sales rep would be following up with me within about 10-15 minutes with specific pricing.  Totally understandable for an out of state purchase. A little over an hour later, I called again to follow-up and did speak briefly to a sales rep.  To be honest, I can't remember the time he said I should expect a call back, but I did receive one from Shade about 10 minutes later. I enjoyed speaking with Shade and he explained the difficulty that your company is having with your Cars.com listings.  Note that Shade was professional, personable and exhibited skills of a great salesman, it's the message he was given to relay to the customer that is the issue.  He detailed that Cars.com automatic posting system was "doubling" the rebates on your vehicles.  He patiently walked me through the ones his notes showed that would apply.  The difference in the advertised price and the price he quoted me was approximately $6000.   He was very understanding and pulled up the cars.com listing to see what was posted as incentives on the vehicle:$1000 - Chrysler Capital 2019 Bonus Cash 44CKB3. Exp. 08/31/2020 $1000 - Southwest 2019 Bonus Cash SWCKA. Exp. 08/31/2020 $2000 - 2019 Retail Consumer Cash 63CK1 . Exp. 08/31/2020 $3000 - VIN Specific Select Inventory Bonus Cash 43CK1E. Exp. 08/31/2020 $3000 - VIN Specific Select Inventory Bonus Cash 43CL2. Exp. 08/31/2020 $750 - 2019 Retail Non-Prime Bonus Cash **CK1V . Exp. 08/31/2020  According to his sheet, he was not seeing the two VIN Specific incentives.  And, then explained that this is where Cars.com had doubled up.  Then, he explained that they may have expired.  Except, as I pointed out, these all appear to be different promotions, all with expiration dates of 8-31-2020.  He said that he would confer with a supervisor and be back with me "really shortly". I did explain the $750 non-prime Bonus Cash would not apply because my credit score was above the threshold. Now, since the first call back didn't come in timely, I started reaching out to other dealers about their vehicles.   I need to note that no other dealers from Cars.com and have reported  the issues your company is reporting.  And, am fortunate to have narrowed my search to 3 vehicles at three dealerships, all within $100-250 of your advertised price. Two hours passed and I tried reaching the dealership at the number from the email above.  Both times, it rolled to voicemail.  I looked up the main dealership number and called and was able to reach the reception desk.  She placed me on hold while paging Shade.  After about 5 minutes on hold with the line being picked up, placed on hold again a few times, I was informed that Shade must be in the back and not able to hear.  I was given the option to speak with someone else or try back; I chose to try back. And, that is where we are now. I am a little conflicted about moving forward even if the advertised price were to be honored.  One or two hiccups can always be expected, however the string of events, delays, misrepresentat

    I had been in touch with this dealership because they have exactly what I’m looking for as my family and I are buying a new car . My life has been a series... of unfortunate events and I have been canceling and the making appointments bc the day I had my appointment my grandmother passed away. I have now rescheduled with them like 3 times because life just keeps throwing me curveballs and they have been nothing but nice and understanding. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. I’m currently waiting for my now new appointment so fingers crossed all works out .

    Please do your research and ask if there are any additional fees. This dealership will charge an additional $995 to the price you see online calling it... a “service fee” and you won’t know this until you’re sitting down reviewing the number. Also, make sure you check the vehicle over thoroughly!!!!! On the description for the vehicle I went to see it said “fresh oil change” “fully detailed” and that was all false. My advice is to do your research and shop around.

    Watch the bait and switch. I told the specifically I was driving 1 1/2 hours for a particular was told it was ready, showed up and then told it was going... to auction. Total incompetence, chaos. Place is a dump. Scary people. Go elsewhere.
