1st of all front tires were bald., car was empty, rear tail light busted, dead battery and no driver visor. 11,000 dollar purchase and they are too xxxx... cheap to spend 400.00. As is I know but some how I missed the visor and the busted rear tail light. The battery was replaced, 2 MIX MATCH tires,and they gave me 10$ to drive 50 miles back home. I'm scared to read my contract. Lol so if I didn't want the tint that was already paid for will you take it off... No one mentioned tint but after reading the reviews I should go read my contract... SMDH
My wife wanted the one car that doesn't book out well and this dealership so happen to be thousands of dollar under kbb. I worked with Ashley in where... we had lots in common, and she was very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure if I'd get approved on it but she made it happen...Nothing wrong with the car, checked the carfax, did my point inspections, check fluids, check ball joints; been driving it for several weeks and still running great.. looks like it was in great conditions.. managed to get my payment right where I wanted it with gap and warranty.

Brandon was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The finance manager had a great personality and was quick with the paperwork. I got an amazing... car at an incredible price. I see no reason I won't return in several years when I'm ready to buy again.
I used to refer everyone to this dealership because of their customer service and prices but now it is not worth anyone's time of day. It has been a huge... disappointment. This dealership is not professional at all once you buy a car from them they treat you like your not worth speaking to. I have spoken with most of their staff trying to get a hold of their financial manager, they take my name and number down and never call. I tried a week until I had to call of work to be able to head down there which is about 45 minutes from me. I went in to cancel my gap insurance and sign paper work for it which was never submitted( found this out through the actual gap company). Then I contact them in regards to this wanting to speak to a supervisor and I get a manager named Steve whom was very rude and asked him who his boss was and wanted to speak to him and he refused to have the owner Tony de la Mora contact me because according to Steve, Tony already dealt with in Tempe(where their old dealership was 4 years ago). I have met Tony and he has always made sure my family and I were taken care of and it is so upsetting that his staff are treating customers the way they are..
Tried reaching out via an online form. Dealership never got back to me. Ended up calling to inquire for more details on the vehicle. Receptionist was suppose... to pass my info along to a sales rep who you guessed it... Never got back to me. When I asked if they are negotiable on price she said they don't do that over the phone and that I would have to come into their dealership. They're 30 miles away from me why would I drive clear out there to run the chance of them saying no to my offer when they could have done that over the phone? My online experience with this company was horrible. Ill take my business elsewhere.
We have the same exact type of dealer in Illinois with the same ghost writer and all please be every careful with these guy
In my efforts to contact Equity about a car I was interested in - I tried calling multiple times and could not get through to anybody... also tried emailing... and never received a response. My dad, who is also looking for a car went through the same process but to no avail. Disappointed but must be all for the best if this is any indication of the quality of the dealership.
Our experience at equity autocenter was great I recently purchased a 2013 ford edge they had a great selection of vehicles to choose from.
