Do not buy a vehicle here, you do not want to have to
Do not buy a vehicle here, you do not want to have to deal with the service department. The entire team is trash. They have over charged me, they have missed service notes, delayed part replacements, and created excuses for themselves when held accountable. The supervisor does not want to hold the staff accountable and they collectively say they are overworked and don’t have time to pay attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and drive to Metairie or Slidell instead.

Got an appointment the day earlier. Even picked my time and was accepted. All was on time while I waited and very thorough inspections. Great service advisors that work together. The van is smoother in driving, too.

The dealership nolonger accepts American Express as a
The dealership nolonger accepts American Express as a form of payment. I think this favors and protects the side of the consumer. After my repair is completed I have decided that I will have to choose to have my repairs done elsewhere. It appears that Appears that American Express offers me better protection when it comes to repairs than the dealership.

Car was ready to test drive when I arrived. Took about an hour for financing and paperwork. Everyone was nice and helpful. Pretty easy. The nice sales rep Patti personally brought my temp tag the next day.
