Satisfied New Car Owner

Completely satisfied with the new car buying experience. Received prompt professional assistance in making an excellent selection. Superior service received from the time entered the shop to assisting on my way by explaining all the cars features. Will most defiantly recommend salesperson Patrick to everyone I? know. He knows his stuff!

Great quick services

Love my KIA

I have had my Kia for two years,I had a few recalls but I got them fixed without a problem. Theservice was great and the waiting area was clean and had lots of snacks and WI-FI

Engine Replaced

My engine went out and the first month was aggravating but the salesman Jason Brown and The service department Manager took good care of me after that 1st month.

Service Department

When I purchased my car, the salesman was proud of the 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. He failed to mention that if you actual need the warranty it takes over a month to have your car serviced. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they could look at my transmission as well because it was slipping. I was told they did not have time to look at my transmission and the soonest they could look at it was a month out. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous, not to mention it is a 2016 with 20,000 miles, I should not be having transmission issues. When the tires were rotated they left one of my KIA emblems off of my tire. I have called the dealership and corporate office to have it replaced. I have yet to have anyone to follow up with me.

Come Again

I am really comfortable while waiting on my car.I think it’s necessary for a microwave in the waiting area. Determine on my wait time, I bring food that sometimes need to be warm. Overall customer service is Triple A.

Poor Service!!!!

After hearing a radio advertisement, went directly to the dealership and they acted like they had no knowledge of the rebate and trade in advertisement. Tried to sell me everything I didn’t want and showed no concern for my interest. Called the dealership a couple days later to inquire about a vehicle I saw on the showroom floor and was told they had no knowledge of its features. Additional personnel was not available. I told them to lose my number. Do not contact me going forward. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Bumper to Bumper coverage

Good evening, my name is Charles Boone and I bought a service plan and it is called bumper to bumper, but really it is just a hoax.I am not happy with it,but I'm happy with my purchase of my car. It's really a great vehicle. This I will say I will never buy another service plan from anyone. It is a fake service plan. I love your service personnel and staff. Thanks Charles k Boone.
