Accessible, Easy Communication, Great Experience!
My family bought a first car for our son from Fine Line Motors. Our experience was VERY positive from start to finish. We are from Massachusetts so we dealt with Ron primarily over the phone, always reaching him easily or receiving prompt return calls. He accommodated the Saturday we wanted to come see the car even though he had an important family commitment that day, making smooth arrangements for someone else - who was also quite nice - to meet us. When we took the next step to contract with a nearby independent mechanic for a full inspection of the vehicle, Ron unhesitatingly obliged to bring the car back and forth on our behalf for this. The final thing that speaks to sincere commitment to customer service is that even after we bought the car, Ron made himself available with exactly the same level of promptness for any followup questions. These concerned things like titling and registration, certainly areas above and beyond what he needed to help us with. There is no question our family would buy again from Ron!
Ron at Fine Line Motors offers excellent, HONEST, and personable service. In addition to staying after business hours for us, he gave us fair assessments of his vehicles. His transparency and genuinely pleasant disposition is so refreshing in this industry. He believes in providing people excellent service and undoubtedly lives up to this. If you are an honest customer looking for that to be reciprocated, this is your guy! Definitely worth commuting to his lot.
Im in the market searching for a used car. I have recently looking at cars from fine line motors and today I stopped in about a car my wife was interested in and Ron who waited on us suggested it was not a good car for me and my family. He could have easly sold us the car but it was nice for once to have a salesman being honest with you and not just interested in making a quick sale. Me and my wife liked the way we were treated and we decided not to look anywhere else for a used car. We are now in the process of going over the rest of his inventory and waitng to find a car for our needs. I will do another review once we do have a sale with fineline. Im writng this review because I have been mislead at other dealers. So far Im very happy with the service'

Went down and spoke to Rod. Looked a 4 cars before finally deciding on a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. He had the car detailed, and delivered it to me. (In Massachusetts!) What a great experience! -Cathy
You are talking about the wrong dealership. We opened July 2012. You must be confused about the old dealership at this location. The new owners are Ron and Frank. Please correct the reviews.
