Had a great experience here!Me and my husband just purchased our first car here. A 2017 Nissan Versa Sv special edition sooo happy with this car! I am feeling so dissapointed. I purchased a vechile with the promise if I collect it the next day it will be detailed and spotless. When they delivered... it the next day nothing was done as promised. When ask to see the manager (Anthony) he treated me as a second rate customer because I purchased a used vechile. I have owned 2 new Nissans before that I purchase from Nissan Longwood. I will never visit Sutherlin Nissan again. As for customer service Gibran my sales person was nice and did his job well in keeping me there until I signed the deal. My bad for trusting them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I F Anthony was my employee I would have fired him on the spot. So rude and disrespectful Every customer should be treated with the same Courtesy. They should have pride in there new and used vechiles and let them out the door in good condition. Used vechile customers come back and purchase new cars. As said before this is my 3rd Nissan. Will never support Sutherlin Nissan again.

Run away now!. They are dishonest sales people. They hide the fact that we bought a wrecked vehicle. You can't fix dishonesty!!! RIP OFF... ARTISTS!
We had a battery installed in car we bought here (new) a while ago and now there is corrosion on terminal. No big deal. But Sutherlin wants $40 to remove... corrosion when they should have installed new battery with 2 cents worth of anti corrosion. A little baking soda and water and problem solved. Strange way of saying thank you for buying 2 new cars from us at Sutherlin.
We went in trying to buy a new car as first time car buyers, Orlando was great with the sales process and Jeremy was a great help with the financial part.... I am definitely going back for my next car.. My wife and I loved it!!
