We really enjoyed working with the Audi sales

We really enjoyed working with the Audi sales representative, who took the time to understand our wants and needs. He also took the time to explain to us all of the features of the Audi Q7, which is the vehicle that we purchased. We are completely happy with the entire sales process and we definitely recommend Audi to our family members and friends. I believe that our next purchase of a new vehicle will be an Audi.

Poor customer service

I had a question concerning modifying the headrest on my new Audi and spent 2 days attempting to reach someone in service. Automated system was useless, proceeded to call both sales and parts department and spoke with staff who transferred me somewhere that no one answered. I called Westwood Audi once and my call and question was answered by a live person. While I didn’t purchase the car in Warwick as they didn’t have what I wanted I always planned on having all service completed here due to location. I’m driving to Westwood instead.

Pleasant staff Barry treated me well and made me very comfortable purchasing my new Audi. From finding the suv to purchasing the vehicle was a smooth process. The pickup day was already done for me as far as the vehicle being ready and all the paperwork ready to be signed! I would definitely recommend Audi Warwick and Barry is great to work with
