    Overall a wonderful place to buy a car. We had Sam as our sales person and we received excellent service. Everyone even those not involved in the sale were all very nice and professional. After visiting several dealers prior to buying from Sam there is just no comparison with how they treat customers. Great team atmosphere and would highly recommend this dealership.

    John Agbey was my agent, and he could not have been more fantastic. I was initially on my way to a different dealership, but got a recommendation for this one instead, and I swung in unexpected, quite late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Despite this, John Agbey was welcoming from the start. He had seemingly limitless patience as all the other workers left for the day as he helped me decide on what would work best for me, personally. There had to be further planning and coordination in order to complete the process, since I had arrived too late to have the financial department close the deal, and I had limited opportunity to get back within the next couple of days. However, John Agbey was continuously kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. I have been driving my Elantra for the last few weeks, and could not have been more satisfied with the car, and certainly, with John's help. Much thanks, and you bet I will be back in the future for the next round!

    This is the first time that I had a stress-free car buying experience. I had a specific used car in mind and the whole transaction from start to finish was so easy with the help of the crew at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough. John Agbey was my agent and he was accessible throughout the process, knowledgeable about the car, and helpful in getting things processed quickly. I don't live near Westborough so I pushed to get everything settled in a matter of two visits. I went in on a Wednesday and drove away the next day! Pierre was excellent in the financing department and GM Devin even made sure to check in and introduce himself. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend John to guide anyone through the car buying process!

    I came in not really knowing what I wanted - my car had broken down and I needed a new one quick. Dan was incredibly helpful in finding a car that was safe, reliable, and in my price range. Throughout the process - from the test drive, to getting a loan, to waiting for everything to be processed - Dan was a blessing. He answered any questions I had, made sure I was comfortable, and was upfront and honest about everything. There were a couple things wrong with the car (windshield and back headlight had a crack, and one tire was more worn than the rest) and Dan made sure that everything would be fixed and as good as new by the time I came back to pick up the car. Dan made the process as easy and pain free as possible, and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family if they are ever in need of a new car.

    My family and I recently bought 2 new cars at this dealership from James Alexander. I will start off with I often dread buying a car. I always feel like i am going to get scammed by some shady guy looking to make a buck. Well this time i was proved wrong, there is a nice car salesman out there. James in all honesty went above and beyond in all situations and actually talked to you like a consumer. He finally figured out that if you don't care if you make a sale and treat people like people they will actually build rapport with you. But what was more important was how nice and understanding he was to my wife, while neither of us are car people he took the time to explain things in layman's terms so she didn't feel out of place and could take part in our pick of vehicles. After we signed on the dotted lines he still stayed in close contact texting us and letting us know what the status was with approvals and forms from our insurance company. I must have talked to him 5 times the following morning while we straightened out errors the insurance company made. It was little things like this that made us feel comfortable with James. Also after we picked up our cars he let us leave our lease on the lot while we got some hail damage straightened out with our insurance company. Normally I would not leave my car at a dealership nor consider having the body work done there but after getting the insurance appointment i decided to have the work done there since James was such a decent guy, I figured why not give the dealership more business since James treated us so well. James also knew Apple Carplay was important to me so he has been keeping me up to date on when it will be available in my car. It looks like it will be in the next month or so and James is the type of person who actually cares enough to follow up. Now i know many of you are reading this and saying this is a load of garbage, but to explain my background I am one of the highest rated reviewers on Amazon in the world and I have had experiences ranging from extremely pleasant to rage educing and out of all my purchases and product reviews the service I received from James nears the top of my list.

    I purchased my first car with James just yesterday. He met with my parents before me as I was out of state. When I was able to meet with him, I was pleasantly surprised! I had heard the typical negative stories of car salesman, but James was not like that at all. He was very personable, very honest. He walked me through the entire process and through all of the details and mechanics of the car. I have to say that I absolutely love my new car! It is the perfect fit for me! I really am thankful that I was lucky enough to have James as my salesman for my first car!

    I can't thank James enough! He really helped me get into a vehicle. He was patient and cared more about the customer than making a sale. I've never purchased a car from a dealership, but I'm so happy I went here. He listened to my situation (I don't have the best of credit) and helped me get a vehicle. I never felt pressured the entire time I was there. I was able to get a 2009 Kia Optima with a little over 23,000 miles and I love it! I've already referred 2 people to go and see James. He really is fantastic, caring and there to help in any way. I'll definitely be making it a point to come back in the future! Thank you again, James and all of the staff at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough!

    Recently signed a lease for a Tucson here and had a beyond pleasant experience with James Alexander. He was knowledgeable and personable, making the whole ordeal with getting my very first car a lot less stressful. Very thankful for that! I'm giving the five stars to James and he deserves every single one of them, but I was not, however, happy with the service I received from some other men working to help understand the numbers for the different options I had (leasing or buying). I wish I could remember their names, but I wasn't very comfortable with the first guy who came over to talk to me and my brother-in-law, who was helping me out. I felt like we had to repeat multiple times that all I wanted to do was sleep on it (whether or not to buy or lease), mostly so that anxiety didn't get the best of me, and I felt this one guy did not respect that at all and wanted me to sign papers that day. I get it's their job, but it made me uncomfortable and I swear if it wasn't for the fact that James had treat both myself and my brother-in-law (also looking for a car) REALLY REALLY WELL, I probably would have walked out. So again, ALL of these stars go to James! He was phenomenal! If you go into the dealership, ask for him! He will treat you right :) thanks for all the help, James! You did great.
