I recently purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave at Warsaw Buick/GMC. Salesman Jon Riewoldt was fantastic to say the least from start to finish during the en...tire buying experience. I actually began the new car search about six months ago. Throughout the process Jon was both patient and helpful in assisting me in finding the vehicle to meet my needs. His knowledge and understanding of the features of the vehicles that I considered was exemplary. He was able to locate from another dealership the vehicle that had all of the features that I wanted in the 2016 Buick Enclave. He made me feel very comfortable knowing that I was getting the best deal possible and that the auto that I purchased was exactly what I wanted. The closing of the purchase was handled in an expedient manner. Before I left the dealership with my new vehicle, Jon made sure that I had a complete knowledge of the many features available on my new ride. He also made sure that I was familiar with the location of and benefits of having my new vehicle serviced at the Warsaw Buick/GMC service department. All in all Jon made my new auto purchase experience a great one. Customer service and satisfaction without high pressure sales tactics; What a refreshing experience!

Our experience was very good. The sales team were very helpful and not pushy. They presented several vehicles over a course of 3 weeks and was patie...nt until we found the vehicle that fit our desire and needs. Marlene Shively was our sales person.
It was on Monday,August 14 2017.. I was on Car Gurus and spotted a 2010 Jeep Islander...sent my contact info and tueday morning got a phone call from ...a sales rep. I explained to him that I am an overther road truck driver would not be home until Friday night..and if the vehical was still availible to call me Saterday morning. Saterday morning came and so did the phone call...my wife and I went and bought it .we worked With Marlene...If I had not recieved the promised phone call..I would have written it off...But because of the intregitry of the sales rep...that is why I went..and the politeness and curtisy of Marlene Shively..is why I made the purchase.
