It was my pleasure to purchase a Cooper 2-door from Romario here at MINI of Montgomery County. Romario was very responsive to my inquiries, and he arranged for me to check out two vehicles that I was interested in. He taught me a lot about the two cars (I had never driven a MINI before) and answered all my questions about the sale. When it was time for me to sign papers, Dan at finance explained my options for additional coverage, and he kindly gave me recommendations based on cost. Nick, the manager, stopped by to keep me updated as I went through the buying process and as the vehicle was prepped for me. Everyone here was highly professional, and it was a great experience buying my lovely MINI Cooper.

The service dept is exceptional.
The service dept is exceptional. I was not convinced about an alignment on my car with 8500 miles, and a bit cross with the advisor. I was wrong to do that. I said to do the alignment with rotation and now my 4 month old care rides smooth. I drive a lot for work and appreciate Raul Vides and the team taking care of me. They are truly patient and friendly with explaining why something needs done. Edio sold me the car, and is the best salesman I have ever worked with to purchase a car. Highly recommend the dealership.
