AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT... OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.
I went to CHMC to inpsect a vehicle for a perspective buyer. I was treated as well as if I was buying the car. True professionals and extremely helpful... in the inspection process. Forthright in providing details about the car. They offered and put the car on the lift to inspect the under carriage. Allowed thorough inspection without any pressure. A truly memorable experience. If you are in the market for an exotic vehicle, they have a great selection and are truly customer service oriented from the owners Michael and Bebe to Zane the service manager and everyone who works there.
Dealt with Jim and Mark both guys are awesome to work with . They sent me everything i requested and more,didn't purchase anything yet due to color but... am waiting for the right car.Thanks again for all your help !!

Today I got stuck on the hway in my Bentley just off exit 3, when the guy behind me walked 2 blocks to Carriage House for help! Although I didn't buy my... car there, Zane the service manager walked over to help me . He said it didn't matter where I bought my car, he said you needed help so I came . No questions asked! He got it started , drove back to CHMC got his car and followed me to make sure I got home safely! Who does that in this day and age? Love these people. You know where I will be serving my car from now on!
