While the initial intake was fast and easy, I was

While the initial intake was fast and easy, I was notified to pick up my vehicle 11 minutes prior to close on Saturday and was told I would have to wait until Monday to pick it up. On Monday, I entered the lobby and watched three employees discuss their weekends for 6 minutes before an incoming employee asked if I needed help. The expected quote was far lower than the actual price, and there were grease smudges on my car seat when I received my vehicle back. I do not expect to return to the service center.

Oz was great from the very beginning.

Oz was great from the very beginning. He always responded to my messages immediately and always tried to help. Jawad helped me with the delivery of the vehicle in the dealership and he was nice and courteous and tried to make the process hassle free

I had a very good and positive experience during a lease

I had a very good and positive experience during a lease transaction of my car recently. Adrian was my salesperson and he was very helpful, attentive, and a culturally-sensitive person. He has a personable attitude overall and guided me throughout the process. The team from start to finish were all professional and made me feel welcome as a customer.

Nic was awesome.

Nic was awesome. We let him know that we wanted to test drive 2 different vehicles. He had them ready and sitting in the shade for us when we arrived. He answered all of our questions and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He made sure I got some things left in my trade in and offered to give me a class on all the super tech this car offers. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new car.
