Great people, very easy for leased vehicle. Sales person was excellent. Sales people were very accommodating and answered all questions regarding the... vehicle, use and additions.
I've been to all three Hyundai dealerships in Sacramento Area (Sacramento, Roseville and Folsom). All three experiences have been bad.... come to find... out it looks like the same person is president at all three. Guess it should come as no surprise. Had my 2009 Santa Fe in their shops like 6 times in the past year just trying to get it to pass smog. They can't get the car to pass, this time it's currently at 30 days and counting in the shop with no progress. Worst part is I have to call and ask for updates. The whole process and each visit has been just a bad experience, all three dealerships seem to be clueless when it comes to customer service. Dealing with these folks has certainly left me with a bad taste in regards to Hyundai.
This was BY FAR the absolute best dealership I have been to! We were checked on every step of the way, they made sure we were comfortable while waiting... AND they had us in and out super fast. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful with our car buying process. They made it a breeze! We will definitely be going to them when purchasing our next vehicle!
They wanted me to pay MSRP for a Hyundai... these people are tripping why would I pay MSRP for a Hyundai when I can get discounts at Honda and Toyota.... Gabriel was nice at least
I typically don't leave reviews, but my experience at Folsom Lake Hyundai was so good I decided to. James Trenner was my point of contact when I arrived... and he helped me through the entire process. The entire team worked extremely hard to get me what I was looking for because I came in being very picky about what I was looking for. I ultimately left the lot with a car that I love and a good feeling the quality companies still exist.
I had a good experience. I love the car. I did want to go home and think about it for the night. I don't like to rush into my decisions. I felt pressured... to decide right away. Overall it worked out.
Gabriel was great from the start! he listened to our needs, concerns and was extremely Knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at.There was no pressure... and his only concern was to get us in the car that made sense for us. We settled on the vehicle at a very price and he sent us on our way to finance. I have bought many cars before and the finance portion is always the least fun. it usually takes a long time and the details are often explained poorly or rushed. Michael was awesome! He got us in and out in a very timely manner and explained all the details in way that was very easy to understand and painless. He seemed genuinely interested and we felt like he wasn't just going through the motions. When the transaction was complete, instead of the long form one usually gets, Michael handed us a USB drive with our docs, smiled, thanked us and off we went with Gabriel to check out our new ride. I absolutely recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai, Gabriel, Michael and the whole team to anyone who is in need of a great car and service. Josh
