CLEAN FACILITIES

THE SERVICE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. DID NOT DETECT THE PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING. IF MY WIFE GETS STRANDED AGAIN I WILL BE EXTREMELY UPSET

Communication hiccup, otherwise great service

Overall a good experience. came in for tire rotation/balance and oil change. didn't get the oil change but its not due till 45k anyway and i will change it when i get back to Florida. I use the Mobil 1 extended performance synthetic oil (5w-30).

Great service. Friendly staff ready to help.

Everyone that I spoke to by phone or in person at the dealership was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that I was able to have repairs done to my Acura locally, and didn't have to go to NOLA!
